It's easy to navigate, get updates, booking process is quick plus you won't get lost and easy to communicate. I like the idea that you can go through the process of finding your doctor, dentist, etc also cancellation.😊

My prefer Doctors were not available…
My prefers Doctors were not available until two days later and because I am going oversees next week I needed to have a bad cough and sore throat to be treated with antibiotics.
Eventually I found an unmentioned Docter when I assured myself that there were at least two more Doctors I was aware of, it took a further search to find a Doctor at the same Clinic who was available on the day.

Good staff
Good staff, members at the reception. Doctor James Harris very bad doctor. Said that I was a medical mystery. Only 5 minutes in the room. Don’t know what is the problem. Wait time is bad. Felt disappointed, upset when I left:(
