It was such a lovely peaceful place.
Perfect for a stay in the area and within easy reach of Bristol, Cardiff etc.
Would definitely stay again. 5 star.

Straight forward stay. Information was provided to us prior arriving.
Place was as described, if not better. Plenty of space in the property and comfortable. Would recommend.
(Best suited for people able to manage stairs independently or with assistance- my partner uses a wheelchair which we carried up the stairs to the property)

I have just come back from a Hen Weekend in Bristol and we stayed at the Big House. It's perfect for a Hen weekend, it's very central and Bristol is a lovely city. The place does have ALOT of stairs and it's a tall thin house.
Downstairs is the kitchen/diner sitting room. It worked perfectly for 9 of us, it's a lovely space downstairs and we all stayed together. It also meant that when we were cooking we were all in the same room so it was very sociable. The stairs are a bit creaky, especially the second step up from the kitchen. It did mean we all got out steps in!

Great area, not too far from the city with shops etc near by. The apartment itself was very clean and tidy and a great place to get your head down each night.

The apartment was just as described. Everything was clean and worked well. The building itself can be quite loud with other owners walking around and such but this is expected in older buildings.

Lovely spacious and stylish flat on two levels. Very well equipped and super comfortable beds. Loved the small terrace on the upper level. Easy walking distance into the center of town. The host was great to communicate with. Highly recommended.

Clean comfortable cottage in a quiet setting. The owner was very friendly and helpful. If you want to go into Bristol city centre, there is a fast service from Yate park and ride, only a few minutes from the cottage. An enjoyable stay.

Really great property for exploring Bristol with good local transport links. Nice outside space for relaxing also.

I loved that a small pet was allowed, I felt the apartment was spacious well located and well provisioned.

Parkings a nightmare (citywide challenge) but the friendliness of the people and willingness to help each other makes up for it.

Great communication and information. The apartment was beautiful. Very clean with everything you could need for your stay.

We stayed for two nights while visiting family in Bristol. House was very clean and quiet. We were able to park our car right outside the front door for piece-of-mind which was fab. All utensils and everything you need for your stay on hand. House is situated near to town center and we caught bus at the stop which is a stone's throw away as well as Uber's (reasonably priced).
Would I stay again... Yes!

Apartment very well located in the Southville area, close to all necessary services and restaurants. The apartment was impeccable and the communication with the has been excellent. Recommended 100%. I'm sure I'll repeat.

The flat was really lovely, in a great location, and exactly what we were looking for. It was easy to access when we arrived and easy to check out, and the place was clean and comfortable.

We had a great time staying in Tim’s flat over the weekend. The flat is in a great location super close to the centre of town and it was so modern and comfortable. Will definitely come back and stay again.
