This company is a clear fraud. Its been over 15 days since we paid them for 13 domains. Not a single one is registered until now and they have even revoked our login. We paid more than 350$ to them. Please never trust them. I have all the complaint screenshots and unattended tickets

No Answer from Site its a scam they take ur money and they dont offer the service

They took my money for the domain renewal, but the site still is done after 2 months after the renewal

Bad company, stay away from them

I bought domains at Hostsbook. After 12 days of waiting the domains still weren't registered. The support team doesn't answer, a Live chat is silence.

I paied 140$ in crypto for a vps but it was not the vps that they told me. I opend several tickets but no body reply to them an not response for it.
There is just a ontime sell live chat and after purchace nothing.
Shame on them

The first impression was super bad, this company is nothing but a scam. I've paid since it's 12 hours, I've got no service at all. They're also denying to refund. Support guys are eventually rude enough to destroy their own company.

Last week I received the shirt I ordered and was anxiously awaiting. I put it on to wear it to work this morning and I have to tell you it is a cheap piece of crap. There was no button at the top of the shirt. The first button was like 10 inches from the top. In other words, the first button on the shirt was below my man boobs. There was loose threads around all the button holes. It felt like a wrong twist and the buttons would fall off the shirt. The shirt feels like it was cut from a worn out bed sheet, screen printed and sewn together to look like a shirt. You could literally see through the shirt and I'm sure that was not intentional. I would have been embarrassed to wear it in public. I asked for a full refund and will gladly send this thing back to them if they want it. Do not waste your money here. Unfortunately I did.

Avoid! Scammed out of my crypto. These guys don't have a service, they take crypto and give nothing back!

Made payment for a VPS, 24 hours later, still no service. These scammers take your crypto for a fake service.

Wow this is a scam , paid for a domain said the price was 9 USD and when i checked my bank they charged me 19GBP , contacted suport because domain say active but it is not active and doesn't work , avoid at all cost!

This is the worst hosting company and the last place anybody should ever think of buying a domain name from. I've hosted about 3 sites with them and decided to cancel my subscription due to lack of communication with support. I bought a domain from them about a year and a half ago. The domain expired, I renewed it for 2 more years and 4 months later, they're deleting my domain and saying it's expired. I have my invoice and no one will even answer me. I checked whois, it shows my domain will expire 2 years from now but in their system, the domain is expired. PLEASE PEOPLE, TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.
