They've stuck to their word.

After a terrible time jumping between previous hosts who were not 100% unhonest about the services they offered, I was blessed to find 'Host Me Right'. And that they have whilst offering a fantastic service at an affordable price - only once have I experienced downtime and even then, it was resolved within the hour after I contacted them on Twitter. (Another thing I can applaud them for, they actually respond on their social media channels).

Customer Received a Full Refund 9 Days after Signup, All was fine for the first week then he had issues because of his local connection and issues with his ISP's DNS servers, he couldn't access the site due to ISP, I asked him to check on a different network but he didnt have access to one. When he asked for a refund it was issued right away
