I bought a hosting plan from hostingial.com. I was facing issues while installing SSL, so I opened a support ticket. It's been 10 days, and I haven't received any reply from the support team. I contacted them at the provided phone number, and they replied with abuse and offensive language. I have screenshots of the entire conversation. The support team is not good at all, and I haven't experienced such poor web hosting service before. I am a genuine customer, and I also have a screenshot of the invoice.

Terrible Hostingial.com Experience - Do Not Buy Hosting Here!
I am extremely disappointed with the hosting services provided by hostingial.com. Despite their claims of 99% uptime and 24/7 support, my website suffered a 2-day downtime immediately after renewing on January 6, 2024. Attempts to contact the hosting provider via text and phone went unanswered. Regrettably, the same issue occurred again today, with no improvement in communication.
