Requested support and received it within minutes.
I had a tricky DNS zone error with a subdomain (CNAME conflict ). I submitted a ticket and they responded extremely quickly. They identified the issue (leftover TXT records conflicting with the CNAME), removed the conflicting records, and added the correct CNAME for me.
The whole process was fast and professional. I really appreciate the quick turnaround — it saved me a lot of frustration and time.
Would recommend their support team.

I have a reseller hosting plan

I have a reseller hosting plan. Today, I woke up to find all my websites unstable. I proactively investigated the logs and checked everything my access level allowed. I then sent an email explaining the entire situation in detail and asking for help.

Instead of a solution, I spent the entire day hearing the support agent repeat that they were "monitoring the problem." My own clients were constantly complaining, yet this was the only response I received: they kept saying they were "monitoring" the situation, rather than actually solving the issue and bringing my websites back online.

I have been paying for my plan there for years, and this is the kind of support I get when I need them the most.

Great support for my server migration! / Ottimo supporto!

I recently migrated multiple Drupal websites to a new server, and the process was incredibly smooth. A special thanks goes to Syed Ahamed, Migrations Specialist. After the migration, I experienced a connection timeout issue while trying to access the server via SSH on a custom port. I reached out to support, and Syed replied immediately, correctly identifying that the new server was using the default port 22 instead. His quick and precise technical tip allowed me to log in instantly and finish my database setup without any delay. Highly recommended professional and great customer service!
