Very good hosting services, I very much appreciated the support received and how quickly any of my issues were solved.

Support from Alexandru Rogojan was particularly bad

The team is always responsive, professional, and willing to go the extra mile to solve any related server problems.

Their clear communication and friendly approach make the entire process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for reliable hosting support.

Worst, lack of professionalism, support zero. Is not worth to buy anything from them. And its not only me who is saying this.

Been using various services (VPS & Web Hosting) provided by Hosting for over 5 years.

The offender services are of high quality compared to the price point.

Sadly, this would have been a 5 star review, but their support team seems to do not care anymore. 90% of the time they are not helpful at all, or just link you towards a blog post and then leave it be.

I had several issues with their support, but the last one convinced me to write this review.

I had a question regarding an error that i had encounter, i did beforehand my fair share or research including a poorly details blog post from hostico. I've been passed trough 3 support agents, to get nowhere.

Hope they will resolve this issue with their support team. In the meanwhile I've already started to check for alternatives.

An unusually bad commercial support service.
