Hostgent's best feature is its customer support. Within minutes, they'll help you solve your problem. My website was showing a 503 error, and since I was new to WordPress, I didn't know what was wrong. I contacted them through their live chat and Ignas was quick to respond (less than 2 minutes). Within 10 minutes, he had my website up and running. He informed me about the problem and solved it. He solved a big problem that was literally giving me a headache.

Hostgent is giving me the necessary training as well as support to fulfil my need. the Hosting options are awesome and the Control panel is not that much daunting! I highly recommend HOSTGENT over other hosting service.
