Hello am a customer of hostfusion Umm i dont knoww what to say is just that the Staff there is very helpful if you need something they will reply you right away they are also kind plus the server perfomance is great as a server Owner this host is very good if you plan to host a big server with a low-budget the uptime is almost 24/7 for me

My server that I co-run purchased a server with them, multiple infact. However due to Host Fusion not actually owning any hardware or directly using any dataservers directly their uptime is horrible. Their nodes are reliant on a single employee at an unknown reseller that they haven’t been in contact with for one week+ af the time of writing.

Very disappointing, I was excited for this project and this has pushed us back. We may have even lost our files. I strongly advise choose any other hosting service.

Its been much better than previous Hosting Services, Cats has helped me soo much more in the short time that I have been with your hosting service then any of the Previous Hosting Service Staff had. They Helped a little bit by giving advice or the most common way of their help... Sending me a Link to their Q&A Page or Guides. Sometimes they Even would Suggest a Node Transfer instead of trying to find the root problem which would Mess everything up big time. You on the other hand Have gone above and beyond my expectations even when it comes to the Customer service. Cats Even Logged into my server and tried fixing an Issue Themself at one point which honestly surprised me because I was used to just being referred to a Help Guide with previous host services "Assistance" Whereas you Actually got in and Helped me yourself. They have had great customer service and their prices are AMAZING the host has minimal to big lag depending on the mod but they always figure out a way to make the lag mostly if not completely go away while their Plugin, Mod and Version installer are not as good as other hosts they are working on it and are still relatively new, the CEO is very kind and she has great prices on her host, I use the Amythest plan planning to upgrade.
