Marcos has been brilliant 5*
For me it has been a brilliant start with Hostfully, their product is great but what really set it off to an amazing start was the brilliant customer service/support I received from Marcos Gavassa. Very knowledgable on the product, amazing at responding to me, I felt he went above and beyond to get the best deal for me and accommodate my specific situation and Most importantly he done all the above after I purchased the product, providing support and feedback on how to optimise my guidebook and ways to improve which in my opinion really went above and beyond. Great start to the subscription

As a growing Property Management…
As a growing Property Management company we finally started using a PMS about a year ago and really struggled with it. We found Hostfully and made the switch and have been very pleased with them. I like the ease of the platform, as the owner I really like the Analytics. Staff likes the booking process. Being partnered with Paypal was huge for us in a foreign market. The training and integration was much smoother than the first PMS we were with and the support so far has been great.

Great PMS - It's our 3rd year with Hostfully
It's our 3rd year with Hostfully, and the PMS works perfectly for our needs. We were able to customize it to our specific way of managing portfolio and payments. The support team is good, and the director Truyen is always ready to help and speed any bumps that we encounter. Highly recommend you short list this PMS and do a Demo to see if fits your needs.

Hostfully PMS and the Team Exceeded All Expectations
Hostfully PMS and the Team exceeded all of my expectations. Their team approach to problem solving and consistently high customer service is the best I have experienced across the platforms. Sarah has been instrumental in helping me get my townhouse listed properly on multiple STR sites. Her knowledge of the short-term rental space was invaluable, regardless of whether the issue was technical, functional or general industry related.Sarah has a much-appreciated practical business perspective, providing a necessary road map on how variables interact and/or should be structured. Her clarity in communicating how to navigate Hostfully, starting with the basics and functional settings, through integration, made the onboarding process efficient and understandable . Further, Sarah had a willingness to research and find solutions, all while having patience with me, and having a great disposition. In the rental industry for over 20 years! Hostfully makes it easy!
I have been in the rental industry for 20 years, first starting with a homemade website and Excel sheets! Since then, I have used quite a few prominent PMS systems, however we have found our sweet spot with Hostfully!
