Hostfully is overall a user-friendly and easy-to-navigate platform, and it's definitely more pleasant now to create quotes and send them to guests. However, there are still quite a few glitches that require workarounds, and the Report features could really use some improvement. With a bit more refinement, it could be a truly great tool. The more we use Hostfully, the more we appreciate it! After almost two years, you get used to it — and even start forgetting about some of the bugs. That said, we still often need to contact support. It usually takes several messages and screenshots to explain and re-explain the issue before someone understands and finds a solution. But they always do!

Very very happy with Hostfully overall as PMSystem for my cottages. Easy to use and very intuitive. They come up with -Ways to make it better all the time as well. People have good attitude and helpful at the platform. I have used others (2) and find this the best. I have been using them for well over a year now and appreciate it!

We were obviously petrified about running our own short term rentals at first. Our experience with our current manager was subpar and we felt we are better off taking the leap on our second property. The support we received was simply amazing! From my onboard specialist, Kana, to my success manager, Jose, they have been with me every step of the way! We didn't realize how much we were losing out with our managers! Hostfully gave us the professional, systematic way of managing our properties with over 50% better results than working with a traditional property manager! Needless to say, we terminated our agreement with our 1st property managers and took over the original property utilizing Hostfully module. Their platform gives us the opportunity to maximize our profit, service our guests, and manage our properties with unwavering support! Thank you Hostfully!

I had a great experience with Marcos for assisting with our GuideBook set up.
We have a very large resort style property with multiple types of lodging which means we need more than 1 guidebook.
Marcos went above and beyond to assist my son Simon and myself. What could have been a daunting experience because we have so much to do, actually looks like we should have fun working with our VA to finish all of the set up.
We were fortunate that Marcos had plenty of time for us because our property is so involved.

I have been using Hostfully for 4 years and I continue to love it. Hostfully is easy to use as a platform, online and on the app. Best of all, I have NEVER had any technical problems or issues. Hostfully is always improving but I appreciate that they never overpromise/underdeliver (a big issue with other property management software). The best part is customer service which is always available with very fast response time and all of the people are very keen to resolve any issues quickly and thoroughly. Yes, I fully recommend Hostfully.

Beware: Hostfully is a complete disaster, especially their customer service.
My experience has been nothing short of horrible. They called me on Thanksgiving to give me a demo and aggressively upsold me a one-year subscription for over $3,000, claiming there were exclusive promotions that day only. I felt pressured into committing, but I figured the platform would be worth it given their sales pitch. Spoiler alert: it wasn’t.
The onboarding process, which they promised would take 4–6 weeks, is slowed down due to their calendar. We utilized their “university” on our own. Within a few days I did most in my own, to their surprise. We were almost finished when I discovered the platform’s functionality is severely lacking and the app as well as their limited number of partners in the industry is even more so lacking. You can’t even change pricing directly in the app without using a third-party tool like PriceLabs, and the app itself has extremely limited capabilities. It became immediately clear that this software couldn’t do what I was sold on, nor what I needed it to do.
Within seven days of signing up and realizing this, I reached out to cancel and requested help. No response. I messaged multiple times a week for over a month before finally hearing back and it was an extremely rude call from Vedant. At this point, it’s clear they have no interest in helping their customers or resolving issues. Their customer service is nonexistent, and I’ve now lost thousands of hard-earned dollars on a platform I won’t even be using.
Hostfully overpromises, underdelivers, and ignores its customers when they ask for help. Stay far away unless you want to waste your money and deal with unresponsive, unhelpful service.
