They are extremely unprofessional and do not respond to any support tickets.

I have been opening tickets on a daily basis, yet there has been no response at all. The refund was promised on a specific date, but after committing to that date, they started ignoring emails and messages.

It has been 10 days, and I have not received a single reply. I have emailed all departments, but none of them have responded.

I genuinely do not think there is a proper support team in place. This has been a complete waste of time, and this issue happens every time.

They never stand by their commitments and provide zero support.

I am sharing my real experience with HostFe.com, supported by written ticket records.

Cancellation was completed in December 2025

Refund amount INR 512 was confirmed by their support

I was repeatedly promised timelines like “4 days”, “7 working days”, “45 days”

Even after more than 6 months, the refund was not credited

Later, support claimed:

Gateway refund not possible due to time passed

Manual refund would take 20–30 more days

They demanded $1 per support reply, which is highly unethical

They threatened legal action if reviews were not removed, instead of resolving the refund

All communication is documented in their own ticket system. This shows misleading commitments, unjustified delays, and pressure tactics rather than customer support.

I am posting this review only to share facts and warn others.
Please be very cautious before making payments.

I run a large PBN network with over 100 differents hosts for SEO purposes with auction domains. I know every cheap host that is good and every cheap host that is bad.
This one right here Hostfe is bad and I won't continue using it. The website is down quite frequently and their customer service is slow to help. There are much better options out there for better prices even.

For clarity, the text above is my second review of Hostfe. An older review from four months earlier is visible under “See 1 more review by Daren” and describes pricing changes and an account downgrade, where a cPanel plan with 3 domains was replaced with a DirectAdmin setup allowing only 1 domain.

After publishing that earlier review, Hostfe challenged its authenticity on Trustpilot. As part of Trustpilot's verification process, I was asked to confirm the email address associated with my Hostfe account and to provide additional details about my experience, which I did. This verification process is the reason there are two reviews from me visible on their profile.

Following that, Hostfe informed me via their support system that my existing services would not be eligible for renewal once they expire. No specific violation was cited beyond internal policy considerations. Based on the timing of events, this was how the situation appeared from my side, and I'm leaving readers to draw their own conclusions.

Switched to hostfe.com after a nightmare with big-name host,what a difference! My website is now fast and always online.the real star is their customers support team - they are fast, friendly and fix my issues on first try.highly recommend for beginners and small businesses

They are a fraudulent company that destroyed my website, deleted my data, and claimed over the phone that there were server issues. Zero stars.

bunch of fraudsters. Closed my website before the due date and refused to give me access to my C-panel. Also increased the prices now I am stuck as all my data is paused.

They are Cheater, I have paid yearly plan for cpanel and it was working fine till march 2025, now end of march they shifted my account to direct admin panel without my concer and now i am frequently getting technical error, they refuse to do with anything and i have to suffer with direct admin only
