Service Down
Been a long standing satisfied customer of 3IX / Hostfast for over 10+ years.
The issue started few months ago with one of our hosting / email accounts stopped working. Was informed by 3IX / Hostfast that data was lost and new log in details were sent to create a new account. As a one of instant we accepted the explanation and luckily no website was hosted on that account as we was using it just for emails.
Few days ago all our hosting / email accounts have stopped working. Was informed server was compromised and all data has been lost. We didn’t have a backup so the website has been lost for one of our accounts.
It seems there has been a total systematic failure for last few months and they have not been able to find a solution to stop the issue, as it has got worse and worse and spread to all the other accounts.
They have now sent new cPanel details but unable to log in using those. The following error message is showing up ***the number of users on the server exceeds the maximum number of allowed users for your host server***
(The message means that there are too many accounts and not paid enough fee from 3IX / Hostfast to Cpanel).
Their own website is also running very slow.
I am even afraid to ask to unlock the domain which can be moved to another hosting platform as that may not be possible if 3IX / Hostfast systems are not functioning correctly. I highly doubt that is possible right now.
Guys at 3IX / Hostfast running the business please please fix the issue immediately as it effecting peoples lively hoods.
In this day and age of technology what has happened and what is going on is totally unacceptable. If you are unable to fix the issue at least transfer our data to another hosting provider so we can get back up and running.
There just cannot be any further delays, this has to be sorted right now. Either fix the issue or move our accounts to another hosting provider. This is absolutely basic stuff!!
Happy to remove this review as long as our issue is resolved with immediate effect.

Hostfast/3ix our domain and host has become one of the worst host in the industry. We have been using them since last 18-20 years and it was okayish. But for the last 6 months, sometimes website doesn't work and sometimes email doesnt work. But for the last 3 days (Since April 30th 2026) our website and emails have completely stopped working. I have contacted them but no response from their end. Forget about our website, when I tried to login to hostfast account, even their website is taking ages to login. What a nighmare.

Hostfast is a Hosting Nightmare
I have been a customer (domain and hosting) with 3iX, ie. HostFast, since 2008 and never had any serious problem until I could not reach my mail or web site from 17. April. I started a support request on 20. April to which I sent daily reminders. It was only on 24. April that I had a reply: "We regret to inform you that the server was recently compromised, and unfortunately, the attackers were also able to remove the available backups."
They then told me they had set up my account afresh and had sent the new account details to my "email address", which, of course, I cannot access. Since then no reply to any of my requests to send those details to another mail address. DON'T EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, if you value your sanity – which I am slowly loosing, having spent the second day changing login mail addresses and customer contacts.

Once good, now very bad
I've had them hosting one of my client's websites for over a dozen years and I've never had any serious problems. But last week, the site stopped responding and I sent a request to tech support. I got a response that my site was suspended due to non payment. I paid in full last month for a year of service and sent them the receipts showing payment. I cannot get anyone to respond any new requests for tech support.
Support does not exist. Useless. mean, incompetent.
2 of my websites went down, and for days I did not get any response from the support. Instead, after a week, when the issue was finally solved, I simply found out by trying again and again. This is worse than hosting in a basement on a VZ or Comcast Internet

Support is useless, they don't read the information that you send them, take days to respond and if you have more than one ticket open for completely different issues they merge them and nothing ever gets resolved.
Yes that are cheep , but that shows when you need assistance.
I would not recommend this company
I would not recommend this company! Yes we have been with them a few years because they were cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. We have had a few issues in the past but nothing like weve had in the last few weeks. The company is just getting worse and worse. Recently, the whole server went down for nearly 2 weeks. This meant my business website and all business emails were down for nearly 2 weeks. Absolutely ridiculous for them to think it's acceptable repair timescale. The webchat was not working (and still isnt) so I couldn't get help. I had to open several tickets and wait for help, had the same pre-scripted reply about 4 times then no replies at all. No one has replied to my questions in four or five day and I'm still waiting. One of the worst companies I've every had to deal with.
We have now had to pay out more money to transfer my websites to another server provider.

If you are looking to get website, i recommend to use hostfast.
I have my website with them for about 4 months now. I have not had any problem, before with last company my site is down a lot and very slow. But with hostfast my site always up and fast.
I am not very good with some technical things but the tech support help me to upload my site and get it working. Thank you very much Susanne from chat for help me. :)
When i paid for the hosting account they set up my account instantly. Also i had problem with payment and they replied to my ticket in 15 minute, they have Thai Bank Account so that was very easy for me.

I've noticed a significant improvement…
I've noticed a significant improvement in their support services. In the past, when I encountered an access issue with my hosting, I used to wait for a response and issue resolution for a day or two. However, their live chat support has become much more responsive and efficient. Their customer service team is not only quick but also exceptionally patient, courteous, and friendly. They managed to resolve my issue in just 15 minutes. I'm quite satisfied with their service now and I hope they can maintain this level of quality. Cheers!
The websites always have issues
The websites always have issues. I used to host 5+ websites with them as the hosting is quite cheap but it's not worth it. ssl is not included, you buy a dedicated ip and its the same thing nothing changes, you still get the same results for your web... I am trying now 3 big hosting companies (i hoste 20+ websites) and they dont dissapoint.
Good Hosting
I have been using hostfast for a few years. Recently they have really improved their service. They have a new website now, I'm not sure if they have changed management? Their support always solve my issues quickly, they have live chat support now too so that helps. Overall I'm happy with their hosting, for how cheap it is they give good service.
Avoid 3iX like the plague
Avoid 3iX like the plague. We used to have both our domain name and website hosting with 3iX. Last year our website got infected with Chinese malware and 3iX did nothing to get rid of it or protect our website. I tried opening tickets--minimal help, online Chat (got no one), calling customer service--phone number was disconnected. We migrated our website to SiteGround.
Just before the malware attack, I had renewed our domain name and website hosting for 5 years. 3iX refused to give me a refund for the website hosting.
Today, I got a bill for a year of website hosting. What kind of business keeps such poor records that they don't know they no longer host our website? And even if they still did, I paid them for 5 years! And they don't even have that recorded?

I have request my domain name be unlocked and an authorization code to transfer. Crickets. The entire process should take 20 minutes, not a week to get a response. How can a business stay in business with zero customer service? This is who we have become as a species. We don't give afuck unless we receive money. No integrity. No self respect. Just GIMME GIMME GIMME. This company will soon be out of business. Use Google, they are not going anywhere.
Being cheap, it's still expensive for the service they provide. Not worth it.
Over the years, I have had about 5 websites with this company. For the price, it used to be somehow tolerable.
The last couple of years it has been a nightmare. Too much time with servers down, lost of information, virus on servers,... and they take days to answer support tickets, there is no live chat support anymore.

They deleted all my file from control panel and not responding my email even they do not have any back-up to restore the file.
I dropped more then 10 email and open 10+ Tickets to ask about where is wordpress file but only getting auto response that support manager will contact me.
No one ever contact me in more than 10 days.
Also server is too slow to open any normal website.
Even if you will complaint about slow serve they did not bother about.
If you want unsecured, unreliable, worst support, super slow server then i suggest you to use this company and keep dropping support email for good service.
