Very poor experience with HosterNow. Charging for an EPP code and domain transfer is unacceptable and clearly not aligned with industry standards. This feels like an unnecessary restriction on customers who simply want control over their own domains.
I would not recommend this service unless they fix these unfair policies.

Fraud company ! Don't be fooled by their low prices, They ask extra charges for everything ,you can't even manage your domains. No response and steals data.

Hi as you guys can check the screenshot my domain expiry is on 27 August and they have removed my website and said that my hosting expired i have generated ticket multiple times but they are actually deleting my tickets regarding my issue I will never suggest anyone to buy from them they are not from UK they are from lahore and they scam buyers and I think they are misuse card details I have been getting calls to share my app login details to get discount please beware of such scammers

They are totally fraudulent. charge extra amount also no customer support. block website before due date approximately one month before.
Increase charges every time without notice and doesn't response any ticket which customer open for any support.

Initially, HosterNow provided good service, but now they have completely shifted to blackmailing their customers. They randomly provide domains from NameSilo, but instead of renewing them properly, they give access to a deactivated panel, claiming they have nothing to do with it. If a domain is eligible for renewal, they charge excessively high fees.

Even if a customer wants to transfer their domain, they demand an unreasonable fee—despite the fact that domain transfers shouldn’t even have a fee in most cases. Their customer service is extremely rude and unprofessional, showing no regard for resolving issues.

Avoid HosterNow if you don’t want to be scammed with high renewal fees, unnecessary charges, and poor customer support.

Don't buy any services or domains from them. They are a big FRAUD. They charged us extra without any reason asking that you have used extra storage. Then we shifted to another company.
Recently, my Google Adsense-approved websites were destroyed because they did not inform me and the domains expired.
Now, I want to move my other domains to another company but they are asking for money to allow transfer.
Stay away from this FRAUDULENT company.

I had a terrible experience with HosterNow. I purchased a hosting plan that included a free domain , but when it came time for renewal, they failed to include the domain renewal in the invoice or notify me via email. As a result, my domain expired without my knowledge, and I lost access to my website and all its data.

Their support team blamed me for "neglecting" the domain renewal, even though the issue stemmed from their failure to provide clear communication or proper invoicing. Now, my domain is in the redemption period, and I risk losing everything.

This level of negligence and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I would not recommend HosterNow to anyone looking for reliable hosting services.

Very Bad experience
I've been a loyal customer for years, but my recent experience was disappointing. Poor support, bad behavior from the team, and unexpected extra charges during renewal made me question the service's reliability. Transparency and respect for customers are urgently needed.

They are the biggest scamming shit i’ve ever seen, first they say that the domain is available, then their registrar is having issues with it, asking for the refund but their support team is sleeping, waste of money, waste of time, please know before dealing with them, total shitty experience!

Totally fraud company and scammers , at the tume of buying they arent showing any renewal price for domain but when u buy domain after that they send u control panel of names.co.uk company in which they charge 32 pounds renewal from customer which is equal to 11458 Rupees ...nd they dnt pick calls also nit give reply in support and when u need help they disable live chat totally fraud company so pls be aware ensy koy service mt ly

It was a bit difficult for me to setup my wordpress website because I never used any wordpress control panel before luckily on just two steps provided my staff I'm able to resolve all the errors.

There customer support is BS, this is a typical low standard Pakistani company. Stay 100 miles away from these fraud people. They are total scam. Not giving me EPP so I can transfer my domain. They did not mention any such BS while I bought my domain from them. Now they have 4000 PKR domain transfer charges. The domain which I bought for 700PKR they want 4000PKR transfer charges for that domain. Pure BS.

I have not used my domain whole year, they have not even given me domain authorization code after expiry date, and have huge fees for renewing domain after expiry date. Stay away from this cheap third class company.

Because of these scammers, I could not renew my domain, As I requested them 100 of times to give me EPP, they demanded 4000 fee for just giving me EPP of my domain. After expiry and completion of redemption period, when domain become available for registration. Now someone has registered it and placed on DAN for 5000 USD. They are responsible for it. Or no surprise even if they are behind all this BS. Worst Domain Hosting experience with this low class cheap domain hosting scammers.

Don't know talking about what automated system. You are using WHMCS and you do not provide EPP by any automated means, so stop making fool to people. Your company is total crap. Blackmailers, hunting clients by offering cheapest prices and later on blackmail them if they ask for EPP.

Now I do not need your BS assistance, my domain is already on DAN, some idiot is selling it on 5000 USD. Thank you for so your low quality services and cheap tactics for stealing clients money. Your assistance now is not welcomed.
