Quick, easy and seamless.
I have had some very hit and miss dealings with telecomms providers over the years but I am delighted with the service and product offering received from Dan Carpenter at Hosted. He really took the time to understand what I needed for my business and offered various solutions. The one which I ended up with, was actually the most cost effective for me too. Could not recommend Dan and the team at Hosted enough. Quick, easy and seamless.

I had technical questions about my setup and my account manager Dave Cox was there to pick up the phone straight away to take me through what needed to be done. Very smooth and professional service. Still glad I made the switch over to Hosted and would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to wait for hours to get things resolved!

Had a brilliant experience with this company, the gentleman I spoke to was very polite, enthusiastic and knowledgeable. I’m a bit of a technophobe and ‘Dave’ was able to explain things properly for me and leave me feeling satisfied with my decision to go with him for my internet. Would definitely recommend to others and if you get a chance to use Dave even better!

Terrible
Terrible. Left our small business without internet or phone line for 5 days without any care in the world. Disorganised, inexperienced and clueless.
Had to get Vodafone to reinstate our old line - and even they said how unethical their practices are!

Sharks - avoid at all costs!
As per other reviews we were cold called and given the impression this was a mandatory upgrade from the old copper system with BT and Hosted were some kind of subcontractor. I made sure to clarify if there would be any charge to this so called mandatory upgrade and was assured by the salesman there would be no charge. We too were rushed into signing via email and now have no copy of our 'contract'. It now transpires that we have been moved away from BT which we absolutely did not want or agree to. We have been advised by Hosted there is no cooling off period and they are now charging us £125 for the new router. We will be taking this up with the Communications Ombudsmen as we feel this company are misleading and duping people so AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

Was good - but then turned sour
Excellent support and transparency during the setup process
Although our service hasn’t gone live yet, I wanted to leave a review based on the experience so far - and it’s been genuinely excellent.
Dan Carpenter has been incredibly helpful throughout. He took the time to walk us through everything clearly, answered every question, and made sure the contract reflected exactly what we needed - with no pressure or hidden fees.
We’re currently stuck on copper broadband, and BT/Openreach still don’t offer fibre in our area - so getting full-fibre via CityFibre (through Hosted) will be a refreshing and much-needed upgrade for our business once live.
After a poor experience with a previous provider, this level of transparency and professionalism has been really reassuring. Everything from the contract to the number porting information has been handled clearly, and we’re looking forward to the installation.
If the service is anything like the onboarding, we’re in good hands.
Update - No resolution after two failed installation attempts. Date was moved to 9th Oct but CityFibre had not updated it their end so no engineer turned up. Rearranged for 22nd Oct and engineers were sent to the wrong address, so no work could be done. Now they have the cheek to say we will be charged if we cancel, even though they have failed twice and wasted our time. Awful service and zero accountability. I should have just gone with satellite. Avoid.

Poor performance
After being sold a system for our busy business the WiFi is too weak to extend throughout our premises so our tills do not work and the telephone has never worked from the installation day. Not fit for purpose.

1st Class Experience
We have holiday homes and have had 3 homes already connected for broadband last May and have just connected another. Each time Luke Gentle has handled our contract and been incredibly efficient. They service has been very professional.
