How could a customer stay with a company for 6 years if experience was so bad.
Let me reply whole story:
You failed to pay invoice after 3 reminders, and later when service got cancelled you are blaming us for that.

You are just blamming us for your side mistake.
You first tried to get compensation for your fault. then when we did not agreed you gave us bad review without even telling whole story.
Edit: Your account has been disabled @hostdzire because you have not written correct story. you should write that you forgot to pay invoice only after your service got cancelled. and you have no active service with us anymore, so disabling account will just prevent you from ordering from us again, its no loss for you, you dont want to order with us again right ?

I've been using their service for 6 months. It's good, but if you don't open RDP regularly they close it and you need to ask them to reopen it.
The customer service is very rude and very bad. Even i used it for a long time, i don't recommend them. around 20+ people are using the shared server, and you will face many time lagging.
When you complain to the customer service, they come back to you with very rude reply. Most of times blaming you!
Find a better service with better customer service.
Unfortunately, i cannot post some screenshots of their bad communication.

They installing old version of windows it doesn't support most of the professional applications.

So again need to update os
And need to install all tools again

Just purchased day ago worth 80$ server .
No sense to support team how they thing old version can work on this servers.
Better my normal pc was great enough then this servers
