I am completely new to all of this software stuff. Our first short term rental. Very nervous. These guys were great to help get things off the ground and running.
Hospitable seamlessly integrates my management chores and makes communication with my guests so easy.
Hospitable has been a great PMS. Zero issues with syncing thus far. User interface is clean. I greatly appreciate the messaging supports as they significantly decrease workload. Frequently reflect on other hosts expressing frustrations with other PMS and am happy that I choose to go with Hospitable.
I love Hospitable. The team is great and really listens when you have feedback. There are always new updates and it gets better and better. I love how it is simple and easy to use.

It works but expect constant issues, bugs and days of waiting help from support. A lot of issues with integration, especially with VRBO and Booking. Support is VERY bad and often not really competent. They can just forget about your inquiry or respond within 2-3 days when you need help very soon. I am considering to leave them. Looking for alternatives.

Messages are clearly seen and well laid-out. The same goes for Properties and Calendar. It's a great tool or app to have for short-term rental hosts.

Was with Hospitable for about 9 months. Some ups and downs in that time, but outside of some 3-4 occasions where guests were unable to unlock our SmartLocks late at night, it was ok I guess?
Real issue came when I discovered that my bank was charging an "international processing fee" for the subscription as Hospitable's accounts are based in Estonia, something their website did not advise of. Given that the majority of US banks charge this fee (Bofa, Wells, JP Morgan, etc), I requested they refund this overage - would for the 9 months was something like $9.
Their CEO, Pierre-Camille Hamana refused which lead me to suggesting that without a refund I would be left with no choice but to request a chargeback. His response was to cancel my account and lock access to my data and config without warning.
But why refund me 3 months worth of subscription, totaling $75, instead of just refunding me what I asked for ($9) and change his website so future users are warned of the true costs? Pierre-Camille is totally free to do whatever he wants, he's the CEO, but I am free to warn others about such unprofessional and frankly, erratic behavior.
The product saves me so much time and aggravation. The Hospitable team are always responsive and proactive on all issues.

They have very little and very subpar customer support. You submit a ticket and they take from 4-6 days to reply. Once they do they might ask a question and then take another day or two to reply.... so plan for 1-2 weeks for anything to get resolved. also, messages and calanderrs take a long time to load where I have to close it and reply from Airbnb/Vrbo app instead. I wish I had chosen another software and still considering it but i spent alot of time getting this set up and linking to other apps I wanted to use with it.

I have been using the site for approximately a year now. Although the platform is easy to navigate, the support is absolutely horrible. It takes days for them to get back to you, it's been like this since I started using the PMS. They keep saying they are growing or hiring but nothing has changed. They are also located in Spain so if you need any help, its within a small window of time if you are in North America.
They also have several issues with their lock integration system, another headache with little to no help.
It's unfortunate, this could be the leading PMS, but they need to get their corporate infrastructure in place.

INFURIATING...
There are many great attributes for this platform, but they become overshadowed by the constant lack of tech support.
I have been using Hospitable for about 7 months now and I can honestly say I have nearly thrown my computer out the window at least 12 times because I have had tech issues with no where to turn. Mind you, I create websites for a living. They addvertize 24/7 chat support, which is not bad all things considered. However, it is not "live", and after you have jumped through all the hoops to submit a trouble ticket, your left with: "someone will get back to you in 24 hours" , well in my many experiences, that usually turns in 36-48 hours. To make matters worse, when the agent finally responds, its a simple message and you have to wait again once you have submitted another response. Most issues I have had in the last seven months have taken 3-5 days to resolve. Currently on day 3 of a very serious issue with direct bookings. They just rolled out there long anticipated payment processing with direct bookings. So many bugs it's not even funny. The icing on the cake; they are holding funds until 3 days after check outs. I mean are you serious?? The biggest reason host's prefer direct bookings is to manage there own funds and offer there guest's savings. On top of that, they have now started collecting taxes, which are all over the place. New Hampshire does not have a state tax... Now my guest's are being charged TWO separate state lodging taxes. It takes a lot of hard work and time to build a solid reputation and guest report. Hospitable is not worth having a heart attach over.

I depend on Hospitable on a daily basis to handle the majority of my short term rental messaging for guests, as well as scheduling for cleaners. Their customer service is very responsive when any issues arise.
