I received damaged items from this site and supposedly Hosieree.com has contacted the manufacturer to inquire about a factory defect. Meanwhile, I am stuck with almost $40 of damaged clothing. I haven't been updated yet on the manufacturer's response but I have a feeling I will not receive a replacement. Buyer beware they say; our first time dealing with this company - should have stuck with Shapings.com or UK Tights I guess. Waiting on the update still.....

We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with your order. We have received an official response from the manufacturer. One item (Lucido, Grafito) will be replaced/refunded. However the manufacturer does not admit it to be defective and continues the investigation on this unpleasant issue, assuring us that this is the first complaint about this style. The other item (Lucido, Moreno) has been worn and cannot be claimed as defective. There will be no refund on it. Please note, that to claim a defect of an item, the item should be unworn. I have only worn your P/H once. Like the feel and they fit great. Your customer service is also great. Looks like you have a real good product although a little pricey. However a well made product may warrant your price.
