Terrible

Terrible. Ordered 2 Weeks ago with promised delivery in 2-4 days. Time passed and the company almost impossible to reach with late or no response. When i wanted my money back they ignored this and sent the order anyway AFTER i emailed and messaged on Facebook with no answers and after almost two Weeks for something i already payed thousands sek for and didnt get. NEVER again.

Disaster

A previously good company has now turned into a disaster. Non-existent customer service. Calling, chatting, mailing, messaging don't work. They have failed to refund me for items I have returned and are completely silent. Beware.

Cooling Bandages

Hej!

All went smoothly and quick. Already on Monday I could collect my package. I would have given five stars if not for a small difference in color of both cooling bandages I have ordered. Since they are intended for stable use at home only and I don't expect to have to use them both at the same time it is not much of an issue - a warning only to prevent this in the future since other customers may complain when colors don't match in full.

Otherwise a happy and content customer.

I ordered what I tought was a stable…

I ordered what I tought was a stable rug with neck since that was what's shown in the photo description but when the rug arrived there was no neck. I then had to order it separately and wait for it to arrive.
