Ordered two hooded sweat shirts for grand daughter and her friend. Ordered in November. Never received anything and NO response to numerous emails. These people are liars and cheaters. DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY

Ordered in mid December and still have not received anything. No reply from emails

There is not a zero. I ordered a jacket in Dec……STILL waiting at the end of Feb

This was a horrible experience.
I ordered Nov 27th. Today is February 2nd. Still nothing. They stopped replying, they refuse to refund.
Spread the word. Do Not order from horsemission.com.
I have been cheated out of almost $90.

Ordered in November 25, never arrived and no contact.
Said it was be sent from China.

This Company/Charity is a scam!

I ordered a $65.00 sweatshirt on December 4th and today is January 24 no sweatshirt and absolutely no correspondence from these ripoff artists I've sent several emails and no response glad it wasn't more than 65 dollars if you see horsemission run away

I ordered a sweater on 12/17/25
today is 1/19/26. I have emailed and tried several times to contact Horse Mission but they do not respond. I have been ripped off of over $50.00 for a sweater I will never get.
BEWARE SCAM

I ordered on 9th December for a Christmas present.now 18th January still no delivery and lack of communication when trying to contact. Extremely poor service and beginning to think I won’t get my delivery!!

Actually ZERO stars. Ordered in Nov 2025 now mid Jan 26 & still no delivery. I tried emailing but rec message it wasn't delivered. It's a scam. Don't fall for it. No ph # either. What a disappointment, as part of the cost was to assist rescue horses

I ordered a sweater for my wife in early December. 3 notes to the company went unanswered as Christmas came and went. In mid January, i called the credit card company and asked to have the charge cancelled. They must have strong armed Horsemission cuz they immediately gave me a refund. Looks like a fake company.

I ordered a coat on 11/29/2025. Never came.. Tracking never left China. I have multipal emsils and get the same lie

TOTAL SCAM DON'T EVER ORDER FROM THESE CROOKES!!! Ordered a Jacket and Sweater for a Birthday and a Christmas gift the end of Novenber 2025. Still haven't received these items. Yes, the Credit Card has already been charged. There's No tracking info at all. I'm filling Fraud complain with the credit card company. Maybe they can find out somthing.

This site is a total scam. They say delivery is 3-5 days. I ordered Nov 29, 2025 and am still waiting Jan4, 2026 for items to be delivered. They give you a tracking number, if you try and track it they say "order received in China". 5 weeks later I get the same info if I type in tracking number. Do NOT order from this place.

This web site is a SCAM. They send you a fake order number and tracking number. Never received item. When you try to contact them, they send you a code which is good for only 15 minutes and no place to put the code. This web site should be taken off of Facebook Always tells you that your package is waiting to be picked up by the carrier.

ABSOLUTE SCAM. ORDERED 10TH DECEMBER 2025 2 5 DAYS DELIVERY TRACKING SHOWS DELIVER DUE JULY 2022. NO RESPONCE TO MESSAGEA

This website and their Facebook front is a total scam. They do not send the goods, I doubt they even have the goods…most scam detectors say this “Company“ works out of China. It’s just there to pull money in and disappoint us: the dopey people who thought they were helping the horses.
