Fast response when I contacted them with a problem. Temporarily lost most of my photos but quickly sorted out. Sadly the market is flat for 7.5 lorries at time of advertising

They approve updates quickly (not all do).
Would like to be able to add more videos but other than that all good. We found a way round it by creating a YouTube channel and then linking to that on the website link option.

It has not been a great experience…
It has not been a great experience overall. A lot of responses from scammers who neither can be blocked nor can their fake profiles be reported to what is ostensibly a managed site. When I contacted the help desk, I was sent a generic article about how not to fall victim to a scam. Not particularly helpful when I am not the victim of the scam per se but want to stop them from contacting me or report their fake profiles.
Very easy to pay, naturally, for the upgraded listing. Easy to upload images but very difficult to format text to make a long description readable.
Final verdict: Don't waste your money, there are or, at least, must be more responsible platforms for rehoming your horse.
