When I place the order it 2 -7 26

When I place the order it , then sent to another screen let me up grade my order to a better order. then they did not charge just for the up grade they charge me twice when i call they said it was my mistake up grading your order mean two orders . they would not refund my money on the second order they said I can mail it back then they will give me my money. cart panda how handles the money was rude would let you talk ever time it was my time to talk would let me speak. do not use this company
