I researched the most popular bidet toilets for a week before deciding on the T16. I would give it 5 stars if the instructions were more clear, and the plumbing was better thought out. The water line is ridiculously short and very stiff. It took a good hour to manipulate the water line, tools, shut of valves and my poor old body but I got everything connected . Lifting up the seat and getting it out of the way does not give you any advantage. Unfortunately, there were leaks. I had to go to the hardware store for a 10" water line to add to it, just so I could have better access and get the whole thing tight.

with HOROW. I purchased a toilet from them, and they shipped it using a delivery company that later claimed the package was overweight and could not be delivered. Because of this, the shipment was never completed.

I have contacted HOROW multiple times trying to resolve the issue, but so far nothing has been fixed. At this point, they have my money and I still don’t have the toilet I paid for.

This situation is very frustrating. Customers shouldn’t be left chasing a solution after paying for a product that never arrives. I hope HOROW steps up, takes responsibility, and resolves this properly.

Shipping was very fast. We love the product! It’s hard to find a 10” rough toilet. It works great and looks good too. We have all smart toilets at our house and I didn’t realize that this one didn’t have a lid automatically open. We all actually love that it doesn’t, so much better with a small child in the house!

I ordered a toilet from Horow. I received the product quickly and there was no damage to the item. I had a plumber come out and install the unit. It looks great in the area, have not had any issues with the toilet so far.

I purchased a model 8733 for a bathroom that was too small to accommodate a traditional sized toilet. I'll be honest, I was skeptical of how well it would work and expected clogging issues.

I can't believe how well this toilet works. It fit my small space, looks good, and no clogging issues so far! I would like to see a higher quality seat offered, but with that exception, I am really happy.

These toilets are a great value, offering amazing features for the money. We installed our first, a T33. We will be installing a T38 and a T03 in the next two weeks as we remodel our bathrooms.
The heated seats, warm water, and warm air dryer are awesome for New Jersey! I strongly recommend that you give these a try instead of a traditional toilet, which now to me looks extremely old-fashioned.

Great products. Fantastic look and functionality

We bought 2 toilets and 1 seat with bidet. We just have one week with the products installed and so far so good. We are loving them! Products arrived well and were installed by a professional without any issues.

Ordered two toilets. Shipping was quick and everything was well packed. Had a problem on both toilets that the seat hinges/screws fell apart because they were not tightened well in the factory. Sent an email to their "support@..." address and the email could not be delivered. Then reached out via their website and got the run-around "send me a video", "what's your address", "did you look at this unrelated video" - a complete waste of time and a nice show them not being anything different than the usual Chinese support BS. I ended up ordering replacements from Amazon instead of getting them under warranty.
Besides that, toilets are of good quality with cheap plastic seats...

Horow bath high-tech advance toilet T20Y was easy to install. The only problem faced was the valve due to metric versus English. But the replacement was sent and fit perfect. Packaging of the toilet is perfect and the performance of the toilet is very impressive. The opening the Opening the top via sensor to Beautiful warm seat touch you feel warm to the warm water Bidet Perfect water temperature to blow dry the area. We replaced four toilets and we are happy with the performance of the flush and everything about the toilet and also looks very nice

Good customer service: answered our questions concerning low water pressure. Recommended smart toilet works very well.

The online description was accurate, delivery was faster than promised, everything works beautifully.

We love the T16 toilet. Highly recommend

pros:
1. Good looking, stylish design
2. Auto open and auto flush works great, just the right amount of sensitivity.
3. Shipping is fast, and packaging is great, the mail man dropped the box on my door step pretty hard, no damage to the toilet.
4. I received a battery pack separately in mail (didn't ask horow, didn't pay extra money), which can let the toilet flush during power outage.

cons:
1. some scratches on the plastic lid, maybe caused by me during installation.
2. you need to press the wash button a second time to change from move wash mode to steady wash, took me a while to figure that out. This is not marked on the remote, also not mentioned in the user manual

Overall I'm very happy with the purchase.

We are very satisfied with the bidet. When we receive the battery on a separate shipment, we originally thought we had been scammed. It would’ve been good to be communicated with to let us know that they would be shipped separately. When I called the local number here in California the gentleman sent me an email, showing that the bidet was being shipped separately. so other than that scare for the day everything else as well. Thank you.

you need to provide one more Ratcheting
Wrench tool for a better installaton experience or you need to provide a right installation manual

The toilet was very well packaged for the long journey.
