Opened the packaging to find the exact item I ordered along with a free gift. Perfect service.

Maybe postal company needs rethinking
After an initial problem with delivery I still unfortunately didn’t receive my order but eventually was returned to the company by the postal company and email came saying I’d received a refund. I’d potentially order again if they changed couriers x
