*** HORRIBLE AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE ****

Please be advised, I strongly recommend against purchasing from or referring customers to this establishment.
My experience last year revealed a systemic issue where their entire team, including management, appears to be proficient in circumventing post-sale service obligations and warranty provisions.

Last year, I purchased a pizza oven from there company. Within two months, I encountered an issue with the stone.

For two months, I was informed that the stone was being imported from Turkey.

Subsequently, I received a stone of the incorrect size and thickness. I was then advised of an additional 2-3 month delay for a new shipment

Currently, I am being informed that the work has been completed for an extended period, and the warranty period has now expired. This appears to be a strategic maneuver to avoid honoring the warranty claim.

As a purchasing manager with over 10 years of experience in the UAE, I will ensure that my professional network is made aware of my experience and will not consider Horeca store.AE for future procurements.
