Such a superb idea with the Beery Calendar! My husband loved it with a great assortment of beers from around the world and recommendations for food pairings. The 2 coasters and beer opener, box decoration and game to guess which beer to open each day was seriously fun! I fear this might become an annual tradition! 10/10 on prompt delivery to door (as it's quite a heavy gift!)

I seriously did NOT expect a delivery this fast. I noticed lots of good reviews about their "Beery Christmas Advent Calendar", so i decided to make an order.

Since you nowadays usually can see when things are being packed and shipped i checked that info online. They were ultra fast in packing my order and send it away, i don't think it is possible to do it faster than they did.

The funny thing is that the transport from France to northern Sweden went FASTER than another package that i ordered domestic one day earlier. They both arrived the same day.

Certainly it is not Hopt that are responsible for the actual transportation...but...they are responsible for how fast they react to an order, and as i wrote they handled it ultrafast.

The calendar was a gift for a friend and he was seriously chocked when he opened it (no apparent broken bottles). A really great thing to buy imho.

Received package with one broken bottle and one which had leaked. Took photos of the bottles than cleaned up (wiping off each bottle from small pieces of glass and beer) and threw away the packaging so that my kids wouldn't get hurt by all the broken glass.

Hopt DID NOT refund the broken and leaked bottles, with reference to their FAQ (which in their view seems to trump mandatory consumer legislation) stating that they "needed" a photo of the tracking label. This even though they had received photos of the bottles as well as videos from surveillance cameras when the package was delivered.

Will never ever buy from them again, and I urge everyone else to stay away as well.

Ni har fått bild på de skadade produkterna och video på när paketet levereras. Att hänvisa till er FAQ är är så korkat så att man baxnar. Som jag påpekat för er tidigare så gäller så klart konsumentköplagen framför er FAQ. Hoppas att det gå nå fram till er denna gång.

Jag har inte fått det jag betalde för. Utöver det fick jag städa upp krossat glas och intorkad öl. Det är givetvis inte upp till er att ersätta genom ett tilgodohavande. Återigen kan jag hänvisa er till konsumentköplagen.

Det är verkligen förvånande både hur ni kan tycka att detta är en rimlig hantering ut ett affärsmässigt perspektiv och att ni inte har koll på vad som gäller rättsligt.

Hopt contents and customer service is outstanding.

Unfortunately the extremely bad local services at the last stretch by PostNord drags down the score by late deliveries, partial deliveries on packages sent same dates, sending texts and emails with faulty delivery information and delivery to drop points instead of to my home. This is consistently, 4 times out of 5, and I look forward to buy from Hopt again, but not until they changed carrier to one that can truly deliver to my doorstep.

My first order from Hopt was to be a present to my father. Delivery time to Sweden is supposed to be 72 hours, so I ordered more than one week before the package had to arrive. Not only did it arrive too late, one of the beers had been switched out. I contacted customer support who got back to me within a couple of days and offered reimbursement. I told them to just put the reimbursement on my Hopt account. Never heard back from Hopt and they never ended up reimbursing me.

But they have a nice selection of beer.

It all went smoothly and I got what I ordered. Nothing broken.

Great & fun beers in the calendar.
Only thing that I wish you can improve is shipment, I ordered 2 Boxes and wanted to order some other rare beers, but that wasn't possible without placing a 2nd order and paying another shipment fee.

Great beers, outstanding customer service - the place YOU want to buy beer at - IMHO... ;-)
