attention to order detail
one of the workers saw a discrepancy in what i bought, one piece was aluminum and the rest was galvanized. tho my order was correct, it meant alot that they called me with concerns that i may have accidently ordered the wrong item.

The initial ordering process with…communication
The initial ordering process with Hoover Fence Co. went well. Sales people were knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. The quantity was delivered incorrectly. Call was made to Hoover, they expressed they would look into and get back to us.
We did not receive a phone call as promised, but once we initiated an e-mail communication, their response was more efficient on a daily basis. The sales representative provided all tracking info. and expressed sincere apologies due to the lack of response from the manufacturer.
Hoover Fence Co. improved their communication and we are very pleased with the product and customer service.

That you’ll have almost any part for your fencing needs.
