Hooksounds is hands down the best resource for low budget filmmakers, especially those behind a paywall. Their licensing deals are the best by far, and all under their reasonably priced business license! I've asked them for various things before (files, stems, original tracks) and I've always found them to be prompt and kind and professional. Their library isn't as extensive as others, but that will obviously get better with time. Absolutely zero complaints from me!

If you enjoy getting copyright strikes and getting the runaround by all means use these clowns.

Money hungry scammers is correct. They charged me for a year when I was looking for monthly subscription and they will not refund me.

I haven't even signed up yet, but if their customer service is any indication, well, they are hard to beat. All of their musicians are in house, all original, 100% owned by Hooksounds and if you can't find just the right music, they will create something for you and add it to the library. Also, if you are a VO artist and having licensing issues with background music for ads that will run on services like Spotify (like me), these are the folks to use. Thanks!

I've had some questions for the support team a few times over the past year – and I always have gotten quick, responsive, really friendly, and very thorough answers! They look into the specifics of your account/situation immediately and aren't afraid to take the time to proactively break down the specifics. In my opinion, if a product or website is backed by incredible support, then it's 10x better than one that isn't. Hats off to Nicolai and the team!

As CPO of Vexels and musician myself, I believe music is critical to make a video awesome. We've used HookSounds for our product promo-videos and their tracks, pricing and support is absolutely great. Definitely best music catalogue out there!

I found hooksounds through a content creator recommendation on YouTube and I've been a subscriber for a while. I find the music way more professional than other options, and fact that 100% of the music is designed specifically for content makes a difference for me. Easy to find and organize. Never had a copyright claim, since day one I just put all my channels in my profile and that's it. Support is excellent. Worth every penny! Cheers!

They sent a renewal reminder that went to my spam folder. Literally hours after they charged me at 3am, I contacted them and told them I wanted to cancel and would like a refund. They have refused and are forcing me to pay more than $200 for a year of a service I do not want and will not use. Also, the quality of the music is poor, and most of the songs sound the same. I definitely would steer clear of HookSounds.
