I have only received one shipment. Multiple contacts with customer service. Account has shown tracking number pending for 9 days.
Great product. Truly helped my granddaughter start reading. But, customer service has been disappointing.

My granddaughter loves it
My granddaughter loves it! My only problem is not being able to access the app on certain devices like my android tablet or her tablet. We had to by a new tablet and it took us a while to get it. My granddaughter had to go several weeks without it.
Overall, we enjoy it and and she is learning fast.

My only issue is that it would be nice…
My only issue is that it would be nice in the app for it to tell you when to use the books along with it. You kind of have to figure it out for yourself and its not very clear.

Love the program and love the workbooks…
Love the program and love the workbooks that are mailed. The only complaint I have is with the app, it freezes up a lot and takes a long time to load. So when that happens my 3yr old starts to lose interest. But she loves using the app and really loves the books! Great program overall!

Hooked on phonics sends 2 books each month, then a workbook. You get a good amount of stuff for price, but of course you need a few more activities to really get whatever you are working on to stick. I'm in pre reader right now.

I have not been using the materials…
I have not been using the materials consistently yet. I'm just trying to ease my son who is autistic into it. I'm excited about his attention span and love for words. Once I get into a consistent pattern I'm sure it's gonna be phenomenal.

This program doesn’t engage my 4 yr old nearly enough- and to be honest, it confuses him when he has to match sounds to a certain box when the animals indicated on those boxes DONT have the same sounds as the letters. I feel this could be improved!!
