Lost parcel and seller refuses responsibility
I strongly advise avoiding this store.
I paid in full for an order of tobacco) and never received anything. The courier confirmed that the parcel was lost in transit, yet the seller refuses to refund or resend the order. Instead, they claim they are not responsible once the package is handed to the delivery company, which is unacceptable.
Despite explaining my consumer rights, the seller continues to deny responsibility for the undelivered goods. As a result, I intend to escalate this matter further through the appropriate consumer protection authorities.

At first glance I wasnt sure if the site is legit. But they had so cool and rare products, that I needed to try it and take the risk.
Made an order, transfer the money to the described pl bank account. very long 3 days of silence.

NOW MY NR. 1 SHOP, IF I NEED TO ORDER THE NEWEST ELFBAR DISPOSABLES, like FS18000 or GH23000. the shop even got way better prices, then the old shop where I summed up paid way over 1000 euro the last 2 years over. THANK YOU
