Hello. I want to ask what is going on with my order. I ordered on the 3rd of October and on the 7th of October you emailed me that my package was on its way to me. The email said I could track my shipment, but there was no tracking code. Can you send me a tracking code? This is my first time ordering from this site. Order number: HR283631. Thank you!

Hoodrich are thieves! Returned so ill fitting items worth £350 with proof from evri that yeh items had been returned and a picture! Hoodrich refused to refund me and denied receiving the clothing! Never buying from them again! Don’t waste your money customer services don’t monitor refund emails at all, there’s no telephone number to reach anyone either

Easy to order. I couldn't track the order myself but customer service helped me so delivery time felt longer than it probably was

Fantastic product, fitted perfectly

Hoodrich is by far the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. After my package was delivered to an unsafe location—despite me giving clear instructions—Hoodrich’s customer service completely failed to help. I left a 1-star review because they don’t allow you to give zero stars, but even that feels too generous.

After their standard, fake public response of “please contact customer service for assistance,” I did exactly that, providing all the details. What did I get in return? Absolutely nothing! They love to act concerned when it’s public, but behind the scenes, they couldn’t care less. Their entire customer service team is a joke, designed only to give the illusion of care.

This company is a complete scam. They take your money, and if anything goes wrong, you’re left on your own. No refund, no accountability, no help whatsoever. Hoodrich is all about protecting their image while they do absolutely nothing to support their customers.

If you’re considering buying from them, think again. Save yourself the frustration and avoid Hoodrich like the plague. They don’t care about you or your order—only their fake, polished reputation.

I am satisfied with the products and their quality, but they arrive a little harder

My sons Hoodrich Goal Overhead Hoodie Junior fell apart under the logo at the front after a few months. Its like the heavy plastic logo on the material shrunk even though I do all my washes on 30 degreess and the material just disintergrated and ripped to pieces under the logo. Quality is appalling and we have bought at least 5 hoodies over the last 2 years and this one is just rubbish.

i bought a pair of shorts and the letters have already started to peel of them after 1 wash on cold and on delicate mode. i air dryer them aswell poor quality

They replied to my review and said they would look into it they still haven’t emailed me or given me any information on my order I don’t even think I’m gonna get my order at this point tbh

I am in love with this brand! Reading the reviews the first time I was sceptical in buying but I am very pleased to not have cared about them and have bought from them. Now it is my third order and I will make many others. The products are very cool, original, the fabric is wonderful and the fitting is just perfect. I am in Italy, I placed the order Thoursday, I have received it on Tuesday! Their service is just perfect!

Looks good quality has definitely gone down and now I see them admit a shipping issue that left a customer without anything and then lied told her a new one would be sent by Xmas and then changed their mind and sent nothing however they admit the shipping was the issue so hoodrich is basically hood thieves now they know the quality went down but denie it went into jd half the woven joggers have holes in the pockets talk to the employee straight up said yeah that's how most of comes now .Either your willfully incompetent or willing to sacrifice loyalty and honour for more profit . And after reading some of the reviews I found trust pilot seems to be your largest Focus of your customers relations teams and you dox your customers don't believe me ask how me for some emails of their customers they will dox you on the reply to your complaint disgusting.goten worse and worse ever since the owner sold 50% and let the new owners "sort" out production.

I love the Hoodrich joggers it’s honestly so comfy and can go with any shoe and any top or jacket!
Going to be wearing them everywhere now
