Amazing team
After a difficult house buying journey we decided to purchase a Hoober home and the team have been nothing short of amazing! Henri and Siobhan have gone above and beyond to ensure the process was smooth and as stress free as possible! Henri made the experience by being easily contactable, keeping us updated every step of the way and making it all happen.
From reservation to completion was 8 working days which is incredible. The sales team and solicitors worked so well which was fantastic.

Hoober Homes
Hoober Homes stand out from the rest of the new houses I’ve previously viewed. They use quality materials inside and out and finished to a very high standard.
The staff are extremely helpful and knowledgeable, making the whole process work without the stress.
The Woodland Grange site at Camblesforth is the best new estate I’ve seen. Plenty of green space, paying attention to detail with landscaping.
Highly recommend viewing these properties if looking for a new home.

5-Star Review for Hoober Homes
Katie and I recently moved into our new home built by Hoober Homes, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the quality of our new home has exceeded our expectations.
A special mention to Siobhan, who was fantastic throughout the whole journey—always helpful, responsive, and made sure everything went as smoothly as possible. One of the highlights for us was the options appointment, where we got to choose all our interiors. It was a great experience, and the level of choice and customization available really made the house feel like our own from day one.
The build quality and finish of the house are excellent, and it’s clear that Hoober Homes take great care in their work. For a smaller developer, they really deliver on both service and craftsmanship. We’d highly recommend them to anyone looking for a well-built home with a personal touch.
Thanks again to the team at Hoober Homes for making our first home such a great experience :)

Life's too short
It's been two years since we first started to deal with Hoober homes, we have found them hard work from start to finish. We have 6 months left of the so called 2 year warranty and we can not wait to stop dealing with them. Be prepared to stand your ground or lower your expectations.

We have had an amazing experience with Hoober Homes so far ! Buying your first house is scary but Henri has helped us at every step so far and been there to answer any questions whenever we needed. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Hoober have listened to use and took on board everything we have had to say, it has been lovely.
