Not even a 1 star

Not even a 1 star! Complete scam! No website support for orders placed, does not exist. Tracking does not exist. Facebook continues to allow them to advertise with fake Trustpilot and other reviews. Sadly I will be taking this up with my bank and the relevant authorities. It also made a recurring payment on my card!

Scam company

I didn’t want to give any stars but it wouldn’t accept so had to give one! These people are thieves they take your money but don’t send your product. I ordered in May, apparently it got lost after over a month of waiting they then issued a replacement which I didn’t receive either. We are now 3 months on & im still waiting for a refund!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

DO NOT BUY

Slow delivery, highly misleading marketing and product images, crumpled packaging when it finally arrived. Packaging calls it ‘yueying’ not HON London. Plug looks suspect and unlock mechanism didn’t work without force. Assume it is NOT actually recommended by Grazia, Vogue etc as stated on Amazon page.

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company - complete scam. Advertising for the hair waver is completely misleading. What you actually get sent is completely different product , cheap tat that does not even look safe to use. I have contacted their customer service for a refund but no response so far.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! To be fair I wouldn't even give them 1*. I ordered the hair crimper as I thought it looked great, as featured in Grazia etc, according to their Facebook advertising. Nowhere does it say it will be dispatched from China.
I never did get any product from them and when I complained they said they had proof it was delivered. The showed me it had gone to a delivery hub in London and my address on a label. They considered this to be proof! When the finally had enough of me messaging they said they would refund me. I waited for the refund that never came. Again I got back in touch and they said the refund had gone through and that I should speak to my bank. I had proof that I had not received it and they could not provide proof that they had sent it. They now don't reply.

Bought a Hon ‘professional hair waver’

Bought a Hon ‘professional hair waver’. What arrived was a very dangerous, cheap hair waver that is selling on the TikTok shop for £5. Worst of all, it has a dodgy, 13A plug that doesn’t meet uk safety standards and also is damaged and has some exposed wire. This is exactly the kind of product that causes electrical fires. I have had no response from the company when I have asked for a refund.

Beware! False advertising

Beware! False Advertising. I ordered the hair waver which took two weeks to arrive from China. Nowhere on the website did it say it was coming from China. When it arrived I discovered it's not the one advertised. It's a cheap copy not worth the cost at all! It doesn't have the same features, the on/off button sticks and the casing gets very hot. I won't be using it as it doesn't feel safe and will probably damage my hair. I asked to return it for refund but it has to be returned to China at my own expense. This isn't mentioned on the website. I left a negative but factual comment on their facebook page which they have deleted. Don't buy it - don't waste your money.

Definitely a scam! Do not buy

I bought this hair waver as it looked like a decent product, featured in Vogue and Grazia etc, with a 4.5 on Trustpilot from 2481 reviews - if you are here, you can see this isn't true at all! I was sent a completely different brand in a battered old box - a Yueying curling iron - very cheap, different features - I will definitely not use it on my hair.

I have been talking to Customer services about a refund, but every email feels like they are just time wasting - they won't give me an address to return it, they just keep asking for more info or photos. I'm sceptical it will happen, and I'm sure they will charge for posting it to China. So yeah, avoid at all costs!!

Misleading advertising, products don't meet spec, poor customer service

I ordered the professional hair waver on 9th May, and my package arrived on 23rd May. I was disappointed to see I had received an item that didn't entirely match the image and description online. Essentially it looks like a cheaper copy and doesn't have all the listed features (including no swivel chord), and the very short power chord makes it difficult to use without an extension. I found the delivered product being sold for half the price at Amazon (and at least they would provide an easy return / refund).

I contacted customer services straight away and informed them I felt I had been misled as I had been provided with an item that is inferior to the 'quality' that is advertised as it does not match the description on the website, noting the differences. Essentially, I have paid for an item that was not delivered. I also noted the returns policy was limited in information - it states the consumer is responsible for the cost of return shipment, but it does not specifically say where items will be returned to - just that the company isn't in the UK or USA.

I'm still dealing with customer services who are denying it's a different product, and are suggesting the issue is with my expectations, so they expect me to pay the return postage.

I'm expecting it will be very costly to return the item as they acquire products via fulfilment centres.

Overall, a very disappointing product and service that seems to pay no heed to trades descriptions and CPRs.

It specifies 2,481 positive trust pilot reviews for the product on the website, which I cannot find ...
