The worst customer service I have ever…

The worst customer service I have ever encountered. They charged me for three humidifiers and never shipped them. After hours of talking to customer service and sending emails (whose responses took 3 days). I was told they were sorry and would ship it out right away. I requested expedited shipping, which they said management would consider. Days later I was emailed and told it would take 7-10 days. I again reminded them I would like expedited shipping and they said they couldn’t because the shipment already went out. I still haven’t received my humidifiers but was charged in full over a month ago! Shop elsewhere...
