The service was good but the VIP subscription was misleading. I thought all the videos were included with VIP but had to buy coins too. The content was good but is expensive with VIP plus coins. If this was explained beforehand I would have given 5 stars.

Because our animated videos are a separate, special collection, they aren't included in these standard reading subscriptions and are instead unlocked using coins.

Using censorship as a means of profit
The stories are excellent, and the art work is phenomenal, and the platform. Navigation is in it's simplist form. The prices are not bad either, but when you have to actually pay hard earned money for a simple pleasure, of reading erotic stories, and it's censored. If it were free that's one thing, but if you are paying for it, the censorship needs to go. I'm canceling my subscription due to this.

We completely hear you on the censorship, though—it’s totally understandable to be frustrated when you’re spending your hard-earned money and expecting the fully unfiltered experience.
Just to give you a little background on how our library is set up, we actually have a few different ways to read based on what you're looking for. The standard Premium membership unlocks our main library, but it does feature the censored versions of the art. If you want to see everything exactly as the creators originally drew it, that fully uncensored experience is actually a special perk reserved for our Ultra membership.
If upgrading your subscription isn't something you want to do, we also have non-subscription options. You can use coins to just unlock specific uncensored episodes as you go, which gives you a bit more flexibility without locking you into a higher tier.
We totally get that deciding how you want to read—and whether you want to pay extra for the uncensored versions—is completely up to you, and it has to make sense for your wallet. We really appreciate you giving the platform a try, and if you ever decide to come back and check out the uncensored library, we’d be more than happy to welcome you back!

It's always a challenge when… subscribing from social media
It's always a challenge when subscribing via social media ( in my case it was fb). Even though I have my main email account, my subscription recognized my secondary account. To make matters worse, I used my virtual card naturally due to ease. Well, I was trying to just log back into the app and couldnt for the life of me figure out why it kept saying there wasnt an account. I was pissed. I quickly emailed the customer service team and they responded quickly and discovered my issue. They got me squared away asap! Turns out the mistake was mine lol 😅 I thought about canceling because I didnt see it on my goggle subscriptions but it wouldnt have shown up as it was attached to my other email. Customer service 10/10 much appreciated 👏
