Despite sending 2 emails to tell this…

Despite sending 2 emails to tell this company that only half my order had arrived , I have no acknowledgement of my email and am still missing 1 item that I have paid for !

Product as expected

Still waiting for my order.

Got my Order although it came late Honey Lane acted quickly and refunded my shipping fee.

The Product was as advertised. It is what I wanted so I am happy with it. It fits perfectly in my hospital bag

The item was ordered express but took 5 days to arrive.

The item was what I ordered and had no problem with. The postage I paid for express delivery which took 5 days making me miss giving the present to my daughter in law in time. Very disappointed.

Made an order on the 19th of November…

I have now received my order and everything was fine I think because of Christmas it was probably delayed by quite a long time but the lack of communication initially wasn’t great but the order did arrive. Hence I’m going to increase my review starsMade an order on the 19th of November emailed them on the 6th of December to ask when my order may be delivered. I have still not received a response so at the moment that’s why I’ve given them one star
