Stunning sofa and great delivery—but communication is stressful!
"I purchased my sofa online (they also sell on eBay) and it was delivered today. I am absolutely thrilled with the quality—it looks great and the delivery team was brilliant. They arrived exactly on time and shared their live location so I could track their progress perfectly.
However, I have to flag the poor communication. When I tried to call, I was directed to a Business WhatsApp where my messages were left unread for a long time. After several failed attempts to get a response, I genuinely worried I’d been scammed. I did finally get through to a person, but the lack of responsiveness on their official channels made the wait very anxious.
The Verdict: Buy with confidence for the quality and delivery, but don't expect a quick reply on WhatsApp! 5 stars for the sofa, 2 stars for communication."

Bought a lovely Parker Knoll sofa.Great price and good service.
Delivery was when suited us .So once we had arranged for old sofa to be taken ,two days later new sofa delivered.
Very polite and helpful young men.Unwrapped sofa,taking wrapping with them and put sofa in position.Great Service.

Always a bit of a gamble buying blind but so glad I did. Perfect communication from initial enquiry through to delivery. Sofa is perfect, just one tiny mark from transit, easily removed with just water. Purchased a Sofology Dakota double recliner and chair, delivered, assembled and recliners demonstrated.
