Hi Big-Johns,
Dankjewel voor je review, ik zie dat je een bestelling hebt geplaatst op 2 februari. Op 5 februari is de bestelling verzonden en is er een track & trace code verstuurd naar het mail adres dat bij ons bekend is.
Helaas gaat er soms iets mis met verzending, gister is er een eerste bericht verzonden via onze chat. Hier is op dezelfde dag nog op gereageerd. Is deze misschien over het hoofd gezien, dat je daarom aangeeft dat er geen contact is?
Ik streef er naar om binnen 48 uur te reageren op mails en chats. Helaas is het niet haalbaar binnen een uur op alles te reageren.
Ik heb nog geen bericht terug ontvangen via de chat, mocht je dit eerder zien. Zou je dan terug kunnen mailen, dan kunnen we samen kijken wat er mis is gegaan en samen tot een gepaste oplossing komen.
