Be Forewarned
I purchased two 100% Raw Manuka Honey. It said they were located in Australia. This honey is imported by Good Natured Inc in Las Vegas. I tried to contact the business to ask questions, and I haven't heard back from anyone. I did receive two containers of the 1200+ Manuka Honey, and the consistency is just like regular honey you'd buy at Walmart or similar places. I've been using high MGO-rated Manuka honey for years, and this consistency is suspicious. I received an email from the company after making a purchase, stating to reach out with any questions or concerns. I've sent messages to them and never heard back. Very suspicious.

Regarding texture, most Manuka honey is creamed (or “whipped”), a standard process that creates a smooth, uniform consistency. Because of this, even high-grade Manuka honey can appear similar in texture to regular honey. Texture alone is not an indicator of authenticity—MGO ratings are verified through laboratory testing.
