This company is a SCAM I paid for something on January 26 2025 and still have not got it. This company should be shut down

Who the heck are these people?! I ordered a seasonal item, out of season, because I had wanted it at the end of last year and it was sold out so to get the jump on it so that would not happen again, I ordered this seasonal item in the spring, thinking I would be set for the Christmas season. OVER A MONTH went by and they cancelled my order, did not notify me and did not refund me! Wow. I guess they just wanted to keep my money? I am furious! No communication at all and they DO NOT even bother to notify you when the item would become available again (you know, like reputable companies do: like HSN, QVC, etc.) No customer service at all. If I had not followed-up and called them they would have just kept my $. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE! Obviously, they just don't care.

I received a dry rack as a gift. I cannot return it(long story) It was damaged in so many ways. I tried to get a new one or exchange for another and would pay the difference. Found out this dry rack was discontinued. It was such a flimsy item and broke immediately. customer service would not resolve it. This is the first time a company would not resolve their product. Just be very careful about what you purchase from them

I had a small issue with an item I purchased. I called customer service and they fixed the problem with no hassle. Great customer service.

I bought an item from their website.
A month later I still hadnt recieved it. I checked my account to see if the transaction had gone through.
What I found was over $300 in unauthorized transactions!!
Fortunately Wellsfargo reversed them, but I still had to go through the hassle of a new card.

I talked to Molly at customer service and she was uncaring and unwilling to resolve my issue. I ordered a cart from them that was never received their response was oh well contact the shipper. They chose the incompetent FEDEX they should follow up on it. Never again buyer beware.

I purchased a Sweater Wash Bag and the seam is already a defect and unraveling. I would like to receive a replacement but the Email address I used to contact is returning my correspondence.

Honey Can Do Dual Wheel Utility Cart, CRT-01640, Gray~ I bought this cart and when it was delivered, it was so sloppily packed that the axle was lost. I have tried to contact the company for a replacement 5 times and get NO response. Their "customer service" is non-existent! I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a storage closet from them several years ago...I just threw it out because the middle was sacking...I purchased other replacements and have thrown all of them away....this closet by this manufacturer is a keeper...I searched until I found them again and now have a 36 inch replacement holding my clothing beautifully...I would purchase other products by them...shipping and handling is pricey and delivery is by Fedex but I still would buy their products....Affordable and attractive too...
