This company and this product is a scam. Well marketed to look professional but a complete scam and should not only be shut down but should also be penalised, fined and the directors sued into oblivion.

It's a game changer, not only am I getting a better sleep but I have been able to sleep in the same room with my husband after 4 years, we both could not sleep together because of my snoring, but the honex has changed it all for the better.

This thing did not work at all. The ad says money back but when i asked to return it, they asked if i would try various solutions. I did that and again requested information on returning it. I heard nothing so made several more attempts. They then said I should have ry nose strips and sleeping on my side….! They offered ne a partial return and I declined, why would i want to keep something that didn’t work. I waited for a week or so and again started over. They then said it had to be returned to JAPAN at my cost and THEY WILL INSPECT it. This is a scam. DON’T waste your $$$$

Have researched several mouthpieces & decided on Honex due to the medical preferences, the jaw exercises and the cost.

After wearing Honex mouth guard, my snoring reduced tremendously, almost 90% of my snoring duration being reduced. Thank you Honex.

Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. It’s been nearly 3 weeks and I still haven’t received my item. Checked the tracking link they sent and the package hasn't even left the origin country yet, it's just stuck at a shipping port somewhere in China??? -Thought is a US company -thousands of miles away.

When I emailed their support to cancel and get a refund, they completely ignored me at first. When they finally replied, it was just a lazy, automated copy-paste message saying "sorry, it already shipped so we can't cancel." They absolutely refuse to help or listen to a human being.

I’ve already told them I’m refusing the package when it gets here and getting my money back through my bank. Do yourself a favor and buy from somewhere else, this place is a total headache.

The online procedure too order was good and clear,
But before I give a full review I'd like to wait until I get the product and try it.

It was straight forward and easy, even for the technically challenged!

It took ages to arrive then they charged me twice the price advertised ! I sent an email querying the over charge and zero response . I am not a happy customer ! To top it off it the plastic taste made me gag so just a useless scam in my opinion !

Purchased my Honex anti snoring mouth piece and started using it about 10 days ago and the results were immediate. I am actually mind blown how this simple mouth piece has reduce my snoring by 90%+. Personally I never heard myself but my wife is very thankful for this mouth piece now and the fact I don't snore is huge for her and my 1 year old baby... 1000% recommend Honex mouthpiece, it's not a bother at all and I can even use it while I have my invisalign on at night - material is comfy in the louth as well, no complaints there... anyways, if you've been snoring it's the best solution to fix that imo. Give it a try and you'll thank me later ✌️ -Jessy

Too many steps to finish the order, too many popups offering discounts and side buys, not very clear the next steps (in the phone version). You need to be cleaner and more precise, the buyer will shop more with less visual stress

I had been thinking about one of these for a while and what the add talked about made sense. I appreciated that the buying process was quick and easy cause it was getting late and I was ready for sleep

When I first received the anti-snoring mouthpiece, I didn't know how to put on the product correctly, and I wore the mouthpiece upside down for the first 3 nights, causing teeth and palate pain.

I desperately thought this product again might not work on me and wrote an email to the customer service for help. The customer service replied quickly with proper guidance and instruction.

I corrected the way of putting on the mouthpiece, and it started working! Now my sleep is improving every night! Thanks to Honex and its customer service for not letting me give up so quickly on the product and the help that it brings!

Super flimsy. Doesn’t do anything to reduce snoring. Too soft to hold jaw in place or adjust in any way. Waste of money. Probably costs 10cents to make, if that.

The process dealing this company was quick and easy. I have been using a CPap for a year now and hate using it as my sleep is interrupted many times throughout the night.

Still not received my order and no response to my emails. Not happy and no one to complain to 🙄
