Incredibly simple incredibly easy. The doctors appointment was absolutely fantastic straight to the point reviewed. The lab results was offered multiple options very sincere and overall, so happy to be moving forward with Hone.

Dr. Garrison is great. He's very thorough and informative. I like the lab work and how in depth it is.

This doctor helped me to understand what is happened with my body and how I can improve my health. He explained to me every component of the blood exam. In general it was good.

Definitely tested more than my typical doctors office. Had an interesting and informative conversation with Dr.Anderson about what all my results mean. She was very kind and knowledgeable.

I paid the lab fee and was told all numbers look good and nothing to be prescribed… that was 6 months ago and they bill me 25 every month…there is no way to find your credit card number on the profile…so frustrating and designed so that you have to dispute every month

My Dr was very thorough and answered all my questions. I felt at ease with her and making decisions about my healthcare. It’s only been 6 months and it is working!

I was never able to get the identity verification process to work, despite attempting it more than 10 times. I even emailed a copy of my ID and asked if they could manually verify it, but they refused.

Because I couldn't complete the verification, I initially missed my consultation and was charged a $50 no-show fee. To their credit, they eventually refunded the fee and provided a separate link so I could complete the consultation.

Unfortunately, the problems didn't end there. After I was charged for my prescriptions, the pharmacy informed me they could not ship my medication because my identity still had not been verified through the system. Again, no alternative method of verification was offered.

I spent well over an hour across multiple attempts trying to resolve these issues. Nearly every interaction was through AI or email support, and I was never able to speak with someone who could actually fix the problem.

I'm very comfortable with technology, so this wasn't a user error. The verification process simply didn't work, and there was no effective backup solution. In the end, I invested a significant amount of time, dealt with unnecessary frustration, and spent money without receiving the service or medication I signed up for. I cannot recommend this service based on my experience.

My physician has been amazing and very supportive, helpful and a great listener. She’s very knowledgeable in this field and answers all questions. Very thorough. She’s been amazing since the first consult. The blood draw is easy. Wished I lived closer to a QD but that’s on me.

Easy to schedule, their team was exceptional at communicating through the process, and the Doctor was welcoming and approachable.

I loved my conversation with the doctor. She explained all of the blood tests and the results and how it was affecting me. She prescribed the appropriate therapies and I’m excited to get started.

I love my doctor! She is very knowledgeable and completely in tune with lab results and how to fix issues effectively. I feel great! I am back! I am so thankful I found Hone, and that I was matched with Dr Kathy Swain-Jones. On top of that, it is much more affordable than going to a regular doctor (even with insurance), prescription arrives at my doorstep, the doctor's appointments are virtual, and Hone coordinates lab works for you. It doesn't get any easier than this. I 100% recommend you give this a try.

As always the doctors at Hone health make the entire process smooth and easy. They actually listen to your concerns. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
