I highly recommend XL for anyone looking for high-quality fences and gates. Their service was amazing. I asked a lot of questions, and during my appointment at the showroom everything was explained clearly. We were able to create the order easily.
We had a small challenge with the delivery, but as soon as I contacted them, they immediately found the best solution. I’m really happy with the entire XL team — they are professional, friendly, and truly committed to great customer service.

I bought all the material to build my own fence. Was my fist time and Homing answered all my questions about material needed.
They were flexible when i changed from delivery to pick up.
Everything was received in time and in order. Great experience.

All productos were super nice quality. The webpage is well organized and with tutorials so finding the right product is easy, making the measurements and buying the right amount as well. On the fences, there is a little extra with the purchase and it was useful.
Only thing is the delivery time. As its handled to an external company, the time advised on the Web is to give the materials to them. After, we waited for 2 more weeks for the actual delivery

Interested in buying doors and not receiving? Or maybe receiving only parts of it? Or after ordering never knowing when they arrive although website clearly says 2-7 days?

Dear to complain? The staff members will immediately try to convince you to thank them for helping with the mess that they created instead of apologizing.

Ps, i bought the doors with frames and accessories. A lot of issues, no competitive prices. Very long delivery, missing parts, items that never arrived! Very misleading information on the website, i suggest not to order here anything.

I've ordered materials for a garden renovation on 29th of May. Got the confirmation that all of the ordered materials are on stock except for 1, that they will have on stock in 1 day, so then I can get my delivery arranged. I've received a reach out from the transport company a week later to make an appointment for the delivery. The earliest delivery option was for another week later, which is way longer than what the website is offering (4-8 working days). I've received my order 12 working days later but incomplete. Then I reached out to the HomingXL via their preferred communication line which is a contact form on the website. After 2 days without any feedback, I contacted them again but on phone where they promised me an immediate replacement sent via package delivery in 1 day and I will receive a track and trace info via mail by the end of the day. This didn't happen.
After 2 days of waiting, I called them again, that I haven't received anything and if they can send me the track and trace info. They informed me that they will give the package to delivery only that day. Also got the track and trace info via mail as I needed to request that separately, apparently.
Then, I still had some other issues with incorrect material that I've also reported and asked an immediate replacement as it was not my fault that they cannot handle ordered materials according to the customer order. After 2 days, I needed to reach out to them once again that I still don't have any feedback from them. Then they offered me to replace the wrong material by myself in the nearby pick up location. However, I clearly stated to them that the wrongly delivered material is a 4m long aluminum beam that does not fit into my personal car. ...and there is not only 1 of those beams, but 7.
After 5 days of back and forth communication, I'm still getting the info that I will be contacted within 1 day by the transport company to do the swap.
I have difficulties to understand how long 1 day takes in their system as it was never fulfilled that way and I only have issues so far.

For building an ipe deck I came got to Homing XL for the cheapest price. Normally, I did not expect much considering the low price, but I was informed properly an adequately by the personell on which items to use etc.

Upon ordering the materials I later got the message that some items will be delayed because of some items that were not in stock and will take longer than normal. On the other hand I got offered a different lenghts of the ipe boards that would also fit the requirements. I would like to thank Stephanos for his support and making sure the items were delivered on time!

Will certainly order here the next time when I need something for my garden.

The most impressive thing was after sale service ( I had two pieces not the correct color, replaced for me next day).

The installation guy ( Tim) was very professional!

We had recently purchased a complete set of pvc stairs with backlights, in the color oak, for 2 levels. The sale was quick (we went to their shop), but not only did we get the delivery 2 weeks later, we also only got one small part of what was ordered. And although their customer service did respond to our complaint, these verbal promises have not resulted yet in getting our full order delivered.

Fortunately being the ceo of an international multimilliion-dollar IT firm, I've asked our legal department to do some digging about the company, their financial situation (not good) and preparations for legal actions.

Feel free to contact me for more information (just check the name above) if you had the same experience. I'm happy to offer the help of our legal department free of charge. In addition, there is a Dutch program "Radar", which we could sent the information too.

Update: trying to contacted them by phone -> they hang up, once they recognize my number.

2nd update: at the end of the day, before taking legal action, I decided to visit their office/shop. Finally, a few days later the remaining part of my order was delivered. So a good end. But due to the fact that many actions were needed to get such a result, I would still not advise Homing XL

Wouldn't order again. While the customer service team is good but the way this company works is strange. When I was placing the order, I selected the delivery date. Once the order was placed, after 2 days I got a message that they have given the parcel to there delivery partner and the delivery partner will contact for delivery. The delivery partner did not call and follow up with homingxl team dint help because they kept saying the delivery partner will call. The delivery partner on the other hand had no update on when the article would be delivered.
Absolutely frustrating experience. And my home work got stuck because I had no clear picture of when the items would arrive. Super frustrated and never ordering with them again.

Order not delivered complete.

Customer feedback not provided as agreed during delivery complain, HomeXL should contact us before 4pm otherwise we were asked to call them after 4pm, of course their phone service is out from on 4pm.

Home improvement at our side delayed and we had to cover the additional cost due HomignXL pour service.

HomignXL do not provide / offers compensations for the inconveniences caused to Customers.

Currently waiting for the rest of the order to be delivered.
