Bookcase that I received was not what I ordered. It was cheap laminated wood, not actual wood as described online. No assembly instructions were provided either. Homeyfad is declining to issue me a refund. Furthermore, a scammer called pretending to be Homeyfad and was trying to scam me out of money in the form of a "return". Do not buy from this vendor

I would urge everyone to stay away from this company. Their product descriptions on their website can be inaccurate, and when you receive the goods, and find out that you're not getting what was described, it is impossible to return the items. This is because they ship the goods directly from China and have no domestic return address. They advertise "free returns," but you have to pay for shipping to China. As it turns out, the shipping costs can be equal to, if not higher, than the price of the goods. They will not offer any help to pay for shipping even though they have misdescribed/mischaracterized the items on their website. Just an awful experience.
Update: As you can see from their response, they simply declare that the problem is me, not them (and they are the ultimate judges), and then fail to address the real problem that everyone should know: they make no accommodations for returns. They insist that you return the items to China, and this makes the cost of almost any return more than the price of the product. Any legitimate company doing business in the US would make it possible to return the items to a US address. As for the dispute in question, they claim that the image on the website matches the product. But since purchasing the product, they have taken down the link I purchased from and now list the same products on a different link (hence changing the images on the site). And even on the current website, they list the same chair as both "dark brown" and "red". The product is clearly brown (not "red" as described in my purchase order), and I provided photos to show that (they claim it's lighting, haha). But here again, even if there's a way in which I'm to blame, any respectable company would have a mechanism set up to help deal with situations where the buyer is confused or makes a mistake. There is no such mechanism. Thus, buyer beware!

I was happy that the ad for the product I ordered was exactly what I received. I put the fixtures together and I am pleased. I still have to get them hung up in my cabin but electrician will handle that.

Item came damaged and of a completely different stain color. Got the run around from customer service and eventually opened a dispute on my card. Went back and forth and they offered a refund if I cancelled the dispute. They then reneged on the refund.

I ordered 2 furniture pieces about a week ago. After a couple days of waiting for a confirmation on shipping, I wrote to their Customer Service department requesting an estimated shipping date. After a day with no response (their website reads that they respond within 24 hours), I searched the company's reviews. I learned that shipping can take months and that some customers have reported receiving incomplete or never receiving their orders. Others reported receiving their order only to find that the furniture was defective, not what they had ordered, or of poor quality. I then requested a cancellation of my order (per my account, the items had not shipped) as their website reports a 30-day refund policy. I have requested a cancellation of my order every day for the last 3 days with no response from Homeyfad, and my order still shows as "not shipped." I have sent an email daily and left 2 messages on their Customer Service line (which is a generic voicemail service). No one responds in their chat option. I believe they are not a legitimate company. Yesterday I filed a dispute with my credit card company. As of today, my order remains "not shipped," and they are not responding to Email or phone.

We are really pleased with the 4 bar stools we purchased from Homeyfad. They look great and seem to be of good quality. They were easy to assemble. Homeyfad reached out to us after we ordered to make sure we were happy with the leather color. They respond to questions very quickly and we are really happy with the order.

The Barstools ordered was exactly as described. Shipping was slow, they were coming from China and with all the changing tariffs not too long. Packages were delivered in perfect condition and came with all parts and accessories to assemble. I only had one issue, there was no assembly instructions included, however, I am handy they went together pretty easy. The quality of the barstools is excellent and we get a lot of compliments on them.

They sent an item that was *sort of* similar to the photos online, but definitely 1) not what I ordered, and 2) of low quality. They also did NOT send assembly instructions, and there were over 50 pieces to assemble! They were of no help via email, but my credit card company helped me to successfully dispute the charge. AVOID ordering from Homeyfad, and if you didn't get what you ordered, call your credit card company to get a refund!!!

Pleasant exchanges via email, but after we waited ~ 5 weeks for delivery, the items that arrived were of very poor quality. In addition, some of the details were actually crooked. So, I emailed Homeyfad and submitted photos, but instead of accommodating our request for return info, they kept trying to negotiate a discount. What a LONG and unpleasant experience this has been. I will not be ordering from Homeyfad again -- no matter how reasonable the price.
