BEWARE BEWARE!! Don’t hand any money to them before they do the job! I used them to do my cameras a few years ago and was very pleased however I booked for them to do my sons as a gift and they took £450 for the equipment from me first this time and now they have ignored calls and text for months to do the job or refund me😠! They are obviously having financial problems but taking customers money is disgusting. Brett and Damon were very good but now just unprofessional scammers

BEWARE OF USING THIS COMPANY!!!
There was no option for zero stars thats why I have given them 1.
Damon and Brett are the most unprofessional and fraudulent individuals I have ever come across!
They promised to install my CCTV on the 6th of December. They came, left the job incomplete saying they need some more equipment before they can finish the job. Then Damon texted me that he will complete the job before Christmas. Obviously they didn't. A few days later after numerous calls and texts again Damon said now it will be after the 4th of January. 4th of January came and went and they were nowhere to be found. I have been calling and texting almost every day and they won't answer or reply to my texts. Please note that they took £300 in advance for a job they never completed. I have tried numerous times texting and calling them for a refund but they will not respond. If you are someone who wants to lose your hard-earned money then use them otherwise STAY AWAY!!!
I will continue to chase them but to be honest I have completed lost hope.

I have paid in good faith full amount and have been patiently waiting for brett to come and deliver all my equipment and finish my job. I have been informed that due to death in the family and covid issue he has not done any further jobs since august and we are now approaching nearly end of october 2020. I have been assured he shall complete the job as soon as he is back. I shall then update the review accordingly if he genuinely returns to complete job. Please be cautious and do not pay anything up front.

Installed my cctv a few months ago
Had a issued which was seen to and fixed promptly
Even though they had to come late in the evening as it was the only day convenient for me

Brett and Damon Installed cctv and a alarm for me and I can’t fault their service. Work has to stop half way due to covid-19 however they still kept me posted as soon as work could resume. Can’t recommend them enough.

They working with my building team to coordinate the right install schedule and wiring layout
Today we had the most seamless and stress free install

We have today had a new cctv system from Homewatch Security. Both Brett and Damon installed our system very professionally and set up our devices accordingly. Their workmanship can only be described as excellent and their advice and care is beyond what we expected. Highly recommended!!!! If I could give them 10 stars, I would👍

Brett and Damien- two brilliant guys. Honest opinion of what is needed and great supply and fit service for Ajax Alarm and Hikvison Cameras. Very prompt in replying to queries and did the job as quoted. We are so pleased that we are referring them to family and friends.

Came and did survey then explained how many cameras they would recommend and explained in detail where they would be and what they would pick up etc. Tidy installation and can’t do enough to help would recommend to anyone looking for cctv

Great product, does what it say's on the box. very fast & clean installation on the arranged day, all cables in conduit. Easy to do business with. there may be cheaper systems out there but in this world you get what you pay for and this system is worth it. big thanks to Damon & Brett.
