We had a problem with the repair company that had come to fix our dryer. Both Shane and Ron stepped up and resolved the problem to our satisfaction. Home warranty is a first class company that puts customers first.

Repair was approved but after two weeks parts were not available and no availability was projected. I wanted to move to a replacement settlement but you refused. NOT HAPPY

Renewal simple. Claim processing - couldn't be easier. Most technicians wince when you tell them you're using a home warranty. Then they're pleasantly surprised when they find our that they only have to talk to Home Warranty rep to explain the problem and the repair. AND you don't have to use an "Approved Technician".

Reimbursement and time for Claim
Had top of line LG Refrigerator ($5,000+). Had a problem and repairman come out 3 times starting May 11, 2026 till 5 June 2026. After doing without a refrigerator for over a month, he said it was not repairable. Settlement was less then $1000 and was not a French Door but lady deemed it was a like refrigerator. I was also charged for service call when I called and then paid the serviceman a service charge. I had to call and still have not received reimbursement for the service call. I would not recommend Home Warranty, Inc. to anyone. For those individuals that are not familiar with computers, they are in trouble. Everything is done over the computer. Not a good Home Warranty.

We paid the plumber directly for the max limit for your item as listed in the contract. Any amount over and above that is client responsibility including the deductible.

Thanks for the feedback. Part of the work completed was routine maintenance and cleaning which is not covered. We did cover up to the max per pound for the 2 lbs of refrigerant added.
Even though the Home Warranty company…
Even though the Home Warranty company provided a plumbing company they made it easy for me to choose a different plumber of my choice and submit the receipt for reimbursement per my agreement. Called their customer service line and the employees were kind and knowledgeable. Received my reimbursements quickly with no problems.
