Amazing customer service - on the activation day my WiFi wasn't working. Jonathan got back to me within minutes, found the issue and booked an engineer to come and fix the problem on the next working day. Quick, knowledgeable and friendly help always available.. which is a rarity these days, especially if we're talking broadband/telephony issues😊

I was asked for a feedback from Home Unity as a new user. I was having issues with my internet and it was not giving me the speed that was promised. So I scored them a 7 out of 10. I was immediately called by "Jonathan" who wanted to understand the reason for my score. After I explained the issue, Jonathan took it on him to resolve the issue to the extend that he has send to me a better new router. It only goes to show that the feedback taken by Home Unity was not just a tick box exercise (as with a lot of providers), but that they really care for their customer. I wish them the best and as always, continue to strive for excellence.

The customer care and staff are amazing I rang them up to ask about a few needs I had regarding a potential installation and subscription I was so impressed by their customer care that I rang them up to subscribe to their services 30 min later. Their prices are good and hope their service is good too. You speak to someone in the uk not a call centre god knows where. Very impressed so far.
