Absolute waste of time - unusual the moment i signed up I started to receive loads of junk emails. You will never get selected despite the personal details they ask you. Just a sham! AVOID!

Home Tester's Club is one of the very best test & review programs available online. You must keep in mind they have thousands of members, if not hundreds of thousands who are in their test & review program and sometimes it may seem you will never be chosen, but I can assure you if you are active just a little bit and go choose a product you have used before even if you bought it on your own, go write reviews for those products at least a couple of times per week and you will eventually be sent a product to test & review. The #1 most important thing here is to be honest when submitting reviews and always no matter if it's negative or positive..... Leave a Review!!!!!!

Total con and waste of time. I been on this site for nearly a year and answer EVERY survey to register to test a product. Not received ONE product yet despite meeting the criteria for most. My profile says I haven’t left a review yet, that’s because you send me nothing to review!!! Talk about a misleading website, offers to test products but actually offers nowt.
Guessing they are using your personal information for no good.

Total rubbish you get nothing free , I wanted a jade roller and they tried to charge me £29.99..

Great testing site for some freebies and free products. It might take timers get qualified and people need to be patient.Also you need to Mark sure to take every survey available and if you qualify leave a nice and long review with picture or video. I’ve been with HTC for 2-3 years now and received 23 products total. I am happy because products are full size and you get to test them before buying.

No product test given since 3 months ago,I have receive a few samples monthly last time,but I really disappointed with HTC because after a while,it doesn't choose me as tester for unknown reason,I also write an email for them,but not receive the reply,so bad of customer service.

I have been with home yesterday club for a couple of years! On my activity it is showing my last activity was Dec 2020 and I have applied for so many tests with most being recently two weeks ago! I have never to date received any products to test! So not a happy experience for me!

I've been selected a few items since Oct 2020, and I say they are really good. You might think I only say this because I've been selected, but I have been with them for years now, but first I wasn't active with reviewing anything, but since lockdown I've been active a lot and that's why I got selected 4 times now. So stay active on your app, you will get selected 😀

I have only been with home testers for a few weeks and have already received a product to review. I might get selected again or I might not. I think it's made clear that you might not get a product sent to you so if you do it's a bonus. I have really enjoyed testing my product, its a first for me.
So keep applying you might picked.

Feels like scam, gathering data for free as people fill the questions but you never get selected to actually test stuff. I think that's what it is, fake website, fake opinions, only to mine the data for free from clueless people.

Unclear whether I am selected or not, I have received so many emails saying I have been invited for a product review, where I have to fill in so many surveys, with no outcome. I have done so many surveys but never ever ever received any products. I have also filled a lot of information at the signing up point, so I assumed when I am invited, I might be already selected? Either way, I have wasted a lot of my time doing their surveys, now decided to unsubscribed from them. What a time waster and data stealer!!

I am extremely disappointed with them. I have filled out so many surveys and never got selected. I sent an email to the CS and no response at all. Unprofessional and i think even biased
I do not know how they select people.

I am very disappointed 😞as nobody from home tester club has acknowledged my recent emails in regards to my account. I really do need to have my account reset or something as I can't get into any of the recent projects being displayed for me to register. I don't know where else to go for somebody to reply to me.i have been a member of here fir many years too.

I have only been a member of Home Tester Club for a few months. I was selected test a couple of products, shampoo, conditioner, and body scrub. I of course received emails to remind me to review these products that were supposedly sent a month or more ago. I have yet to receive these items. I have written 4 messages to support on their website. I have not received a reply. Needless to say I am very disappointed in their customer service. I have been looking forward to being a part of this group. In order to continue to be a member I have to leave feedback on any products that I am selected to review. How can I when I don't receive them? How do I know how to handle this situation if customer service doesn't reply to my emails?

So I have been a member for at least a few months, I have left over 100 In depth product reviews and I am hitting 20,000 points, 3 of these were actually product tests.
Yet there are members that have left around 50 reviews and they are sitting at around 50,000 - 60,000 points and are already a "HOME TESTER ACE"? So that means 20 of the products they've reviewed have been sent to test. So really they've reviewed only 30 regular products? How does that even work? Completely rigged. It's disgusting to see that this website is sending these products to THE EXACT SAME individuals time and time again. Must obviously be family members or something. How is that fair to the other honest participants that have left informative and honest reviews?
Get it sorted or people will continuously lose respect for your business.

It looks like if you are a long-term member like me and others, you ended up not getting any products anymore to try while you are answering surveys for free for them.
Maybe if you are new, they will send you a product to try.

Love this company ! Been with them about 6 ish months and have had two lovely products to try ! Simply fill out a small form of questions takes news than two mins and they match you with products .. highly recommend ! :-)

I've been with them for 6 months and received 3 things already, one of them a biggie! I absolutely love the website, so easy and pleasant to navigate. I think the more you engage with the site e.g leave reviews for products you purchased youself, means you have more chance of being selected. Try it!
