We love Hometec, all of the teams from sales, after sales, support and installation are all great.
This is our third lot of windows and Bifolds from Hometec now and we would recommend them highly

Hometec were brilliant from start to finish and everything was very smooth. Someone came out the same day we enquired to do a survey and measured up and door was ordered as soon as we made a decision. Really impressed. Couldn't fault anything. Would highly recommend.

From the point of ordering until the job was finished the service was

We were anxious about replacing our 1930s crittal windows, but hometec offered alitherm heritage style windows that were designed specifically as replacements. Hometec surveyor made a visit prior to install and immediately i felt like we were in the hands of professional people who knew what they were doing. Installation was booked in for three days, but heatwave made progress slow for the fitters, who were struggling in the heat, but they stayed late and even came back on the weekend to finish the job. Very happy with product and hometec service. Would recommend.

From ordering to installing we were kept informed all the way.
The work was carried out and completed very professionally and the quality of work was of a high standard.
I would not hesitate in buying from Hometec again.

We were nervous about changing our original 100 year old windows. However, Hometec delivered options to make them look current but complement the old house.
The fitters were respectful of flooring & furniture and tidied up after themselves.

We had a new composite front door fitted, it replaced a 1950’s wooden door. This is the 4th time we’ve used the company and we were not disappointed.
Communication was excellent.
The guys that arrived were courteous and polite. They cleaned up afterwards and left us with a beautifully fitted new door. The attention to detail was really good, and we are really pleased.

I was recommended this company and I can see why now, very pleasant and polite service from the initial telephone enquiry to the final installation nothing is too much trouble for them.
Very pleased with the product, looks great and the man that came to install it ( Bill ) again nothing was too much trouble for him , he did a very professional job and tidied up when he’d finished thank you.

Helpful advice on which type of window to install. Engineer was thorough and also helpful re design. Fitters did the job well and were polite. Tidied up afterwards. Window looks great.
