Easy online shopping
Easy online shopping. However, there was no communication about delivery or time of delivery- I had to drive to the post office for collection. I paid for delivery at my house. If I knew earlier about the day and time of delivery would’ve been 5 stars.

My item arrived broken. I was told to send an email with photos and are replacement was organised within a few minutes. My new item arrived thr following day. Excellent good customer service.

Within 5 minutes of entering the store, I was professionally assisted, my account was credited with the items and I had the time to make other purchases, while in-store.
